** The Iliaktida Studios-Villas are located in Lefkas. It has studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-4 people. It offers a spacious and very nicely landscaped courtyard with seating and dining sets, shared barbecue, swimming pool and private parking. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. **
The villa is located about 450m from the beach, about 600m from the center of the village Frini and about 2km from Lefkas.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.
It has the following accommodation units:
- standard studios for 2 persons, approx. 17m2, with double bed,
- superior studios for 2-3 persons, with an area of 23-28m2, with one double bed and one single bed,
- deluxe studios for 2-4 persons, 25-28m2, with double bed and one sofa bed, and
- four-bed apartments with one separate bedroom, about 32m2, with a double bed and a sofa bed.
The mattresses on the sofas in deluxe studios and suites are almost standard in size, large enough for adults.
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge with chamber), safe, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and terrace overlooking the pool or the mountain.
Bed linen and towels are changed every other day, while cleaning is done daily.
Vila Iliaktida is an ideal choice for couples and all travelers who want excellent accommodation in a quiet environment. It is an ideal base for touring the islands and beaches of the west coast, but also for a quiet and quality holiday.

Owners description
Lefkada is one of the most famous Ionian Islands. It is a green island with magnificent sandy beaches.
Our houses are located near the town of Lefkas (2km) in the seaside, near Agios Ioannis with its famous beach of wind surfers. Each house (40m2) is comfortably furnished.
It is the ideal place for relaxation and fun.
They are all ground floor, air-conditioned houses. All are beautiful furnished by owners Teta and Andreas, and they create the real small exotic place.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Good evening, we are a group of families from Romania and we really like your location. We would be interested in renting the entire location for seven nights or more if we are allowed from 23.06.2024 to 30.06.2024 if it is possible to stay up to 9 nights it is even better for us :)) We are 4 families, three of which with 17-year-old teenagers, two boys and a girl, and the 4th family is with a young man who would like a separate location somehow, we accept suggestions. Buna seara,suntem un grump de familii din Romania si ne place foarte mult locatia DVS. Am fi interesati sa inchiriem toata locatia pentru sapte nopti sau mai mult daca ne este permis din 23.06.2024 pana in 30.06.2024 daca se va putea ramane pana la 9 nopti ne este si mai bine :)) Suntem 4 familii dintre care trei cu adolescenti de 17 ani ,doi baieti si o fata iar cea a4a familie este cu un tanar care ar dorii locatie separata cumva, acceptam sugestii. Va stau la dispozitie cu informatii si in cazul in care aveti si o alta perioada apropiata daca aceasta este ocupata. Va multumesc frumos si sper intr-o sincera colaborare. Beatrice Ardeleanu

Poštovani, zanima me da li ima slobodnih termina u julu mesecu za jedan četvorokrevetni studio i jedan dvokrevetni studio, dakle za 6 osoba (4 odrasle i 2 deteta). U slučaju da ima slobodnih termina koja je cena po studiu? Hvala.
