** The Iliaktida Studios-Villas are located in Lefkas. It has studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-4 people. It offers a spacious and very nicely landscaped courtyard with seating and dining sets, shared barbecue, swimming pool and private parking. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. **

The villa is located about 450m from the beach, about 600m from the center of the village Frini and about 2km from Lefkas. The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.

It has the following accommodation units:

standard studios for 2 persons, approx. 17m2, with double bed,
superior studios for 2-3 persons, with an area of 23-28m2, with one double bed and one single bed,
deluxe studios for 2-4 persons, 25-28m2, with double bed and one sofa bed, and
four-bed apartments with one separate bedroom, about 32m2, with a double bed and a sofa bed.

The mattresses on the sofas in deluxe studios and suites are almost standard in size, large enough for adults.

All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge with chamber), safe, mosquito nets, bathroom with hairdryer and terrace overlooking the pool or the mountain.

Bed linen and towels are changed every other day, while cleaning is done daily.

Vila Iliaktida is an ideal choice for couples and all travelers who want excellent accommodation in a quiet environment. It is an ideal base for touring the islands and beaches of the west coast, but also for a quiet and quality holiday.

Stays for persons younger than years are not approved.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 90 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
