Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Konstantina Villa is located on the beach, about 200m from the city center. It has everything needed for a perfect holiday, its own beach (with round stones and crystal clear water) with free sunshades and deck chairs, comfortable and functional apartments, arranged yard with a sitting furniture by the sea, and a common barbecue. Wireless internet and free parking are secured for all.
Konstantina Villa offers four apartments. One apartment is triple and it has one bedroom while other three can accommodate up to five people and they have two bedrooms.
Triple apartment (38m2) is for 3-4 people, it has one double, one single and an extra bed (metal construction, folding, with a thinner mattress).
Duplex apartments (53m2) is for 4-5 people, with one double, two single and an extra bed.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, kitchen with a mini-stove with oven and a fridge with freezer, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a terrace with a sea view in most of the apartments.
Cleaning and change of towels and linen is done after four or five nights (depends of the length of stay).
The villa is not new, but it's a real paradise on Earth. Garden is very nice and it has barbeque.
Although they do not have a reception desk, owners live in a villa and are available for all information and possible assistance.
Pets are allowed with a mandatory request when booking.
Konstantina Villa is an ideal accommodation for those looking for a peaceful holiday on the seashore, at an affordable price. It's warmly recommended to families with small children.
The nearest grocery store shop and bakery are at 100m.
