Our description
Vessarios Apartments is the accommodation in a quiet part of Nikiana, yet close to the center. In addition to the spacious apartments, the villa offers private parking for all guests, as well as a built-in barbecue in the yard, which complements the atmosphere for anyone who chooses to book this accommodation. As one of the advantages, the maintenance should be emphasized, as all accommodation units are neat.
The center with shops, bakeries, taverns and restaurants, is about 250m away.
They offer a total of 18 identical apartments (30m2) with two single beds and TV in the air-conditioned bedroom and two bunk beds (each measuring 180x80cm) in the kitchen part with a hot plate, large fridge and necessary dishes.
The only difference between apartments is the location.
The first-floor apartments have a terrace, while the ground-floor apartments have an enclosed porch with sitting furniture and a tumble dryer.
Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
After entering Nikiana and passing by the marina on your left, turn into the first street on the right and 250m later you'll reach the villa (on the left).
Vessarios Apartments is the perfect solution for families and couples, regardless of age, looking for a good and comfortable accommodation, at a reasonable price, not far from the sea and the center.

Vessarios Apartments is the accommodation in Nikiana, Lefkada. The apartments are fully equipped and have everything you need for a pleasant stay of a family of five. Distance to the nearby beach is only 150m.
Nikiana has several restaurants and cafes, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, etc.
Around the lodging, there's a lush courtyard where children can safely play and have fun. All apartments have an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, bathroom, balcony and private parking.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
