Hotel Description

Nikiti Paradise Villas is located in a peaceful area, away from the noise and crowds, yet very close to all amenities. The villa is about 350 meters away from the beautiful, sandy city beach and promenade, from where you can easily reach numerous restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, cafes, and beach bars lined up one after the other. Also, about 400 meters away are well-equipped Masutis supermarket, butcher shop, and bakery.

The property is new, modernly decorated, equipped to the smallest detail with a lot of style and taste.

There is a maisonette on two levels available, consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, intended for accommodation of up to nine people.

On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa for one person.

The second level (first floor) consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom.

All bedrooms have a double bed, while in the living room and hallway on the upper floor, there is a sofa bed fot two person.

A baby cot is available free of charge, with prior arrangement.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms on both floors.

The accommodation has a cooling system with an air conditioning unit in only one bedroom. Guests have access to a flat-screen TV in all rooms, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.

On hot summer days, guests can spend time on the veranda at the front and back of the building, as well as on the balcony equipped with seating furniture.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as change of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.

There is one parking space available in the yard, and guests can also park in front of the accommodation or in its immediate vicinity.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum period of stay is four nights in May and September, and five nights in June, July and August.
Accommodation Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 15€ per night.
