Owner description
Nikiti Paradise Villas is located at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, in the popular resort of Nikiti, 350m from its sandy town beach and long promenade.
Offering a maisonette on two levels consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for up to eight people. On the first level, at the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The second level (first floor) consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a double bed, and in the living room and hallway on the floor, there is a sofa each.
A baby cot is available upon request at no additional cost.
The accommodation has a cooling system with a pump, only one bedroom has its own air conditioning. Within this accommodation, guests have access to a flat-screen TV in all rooms, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins.
During warm summer days, guests can spend their time on the veranda at the front and back of the building, as well as on the balcony equipped with a seating set.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
There is one parking space available in the yard and guests can also park in front of the accommodation or in its immediate vicinity.
Nikiti Paradise Villas is 8km away from Metamorfosi, 22km from Neos Marmaras, and 89km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
