Description
Zafiris House is a residence in Vasiliki, located in the new port, capable of accommodating up to six individuals.
The house is situated a mere three-minute walk from the beach.
This establishment comprises an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two.
The unit spans 50 square meters, equipped with two TVs and a large air conditioning unit in the living room. Wireless internet is readily available and complimentary. The apartment also includes mosquito nets, as well as a hairdryer for guests' use. The kitchen is excellently equipped with a stove and a large refrigerator, while the bathroom is spacious, containing a large bathtub and a shower.
Cleaning, towel, and linen replacement occur every three days.
Guest parking is provided.
A barbecue grill is also available on the veranda.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
