Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Zafiris House is a residence located in Vasiliki, in the new port. It offers two apartments, one for six and the other for five people, which can be an excellent choice for two families.
The house is situated a five-minute walk from the beach.
The apartment for six people (50m2) consists of two bedrooms, a living room, and a separate kitchen. Both apartments feature a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. The apartment for six people includes a living room with a sofa for two people and a separate kitchen, while the apartment for five people (48m2) has a sofa in the kitchen area suitable for one person.
The apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with TV, internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are well-equipped with a four-burner stove, large oven, and a big refrigerator. The larger apartment's bathroom has a large bathtub and a shower, while the smaller apartment has a shower with a curtain. Both apartments have verandas (the veranda of the smaller apartment offers a sea view) and guests can also use a communal grill.
Cleaning, towel, and linen change is done every three days.
Guest parking is available.
