Pavlina's Green House accommodation is located in the picturesque village of Agios Nikolaos. It is a beautifully decorated maisonette for four people, which can be a good choice for visitors who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful location, far from the typical hustle and bustle of tourist destinations.
The nearest supermarket is located about 220m from the accommodation, where you can also find numerous taverns and shops at the same distance. The nearest beach, Trani Ammouda, is about 3.5km away from the property.
This is a four-bed, two-bedroom apartment on two levels that can accommodate four people. On the lower level, there is a living room with a kitchen area, which includes a corner sofa, while on the upper level there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large refrigerator with a freezer, a built-in oven, a flat cooktop with four burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, essential utensils, and a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The apartment also includes a terrace overlooking the courtyard and the street.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has a TV, mosquito nets, and internet. The owners can also provide a baby cot.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every 5 nights.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
