Accommodation description

Pergiali House is the accommodation within a private complex on Elia beach. It consists of only one accommodation unit, so it promises tranquillity and a sense of privacy. It’s in a very good condition, decorated in a traditional style with a dominant combination of wood and stone, the rooms are furnished with taste, fresh and pleasant.

Across the street, there are enclosed area with plenty of natural shade (very comfortable for sitting) and a playground for children. From here, you can step down to the beach, which is almost private in that part, it’s narrow, pebbly and not arranged, but beautiful. Apart from a couple of traditional taverns and a shop with basic amenities in the surrounding area, there’s no tourist offer, so you will have to go to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti (10km) for fun or shopping.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (several stairs above the street level). The bedroom is separated and it has one double bed, wardrobe and access to the porch. In the living room, you will find a drawer bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and a stove, as well as access to another porch. It’s possible to add an extra bed (without an additional charge) in this room, but in this case, the comfort will be quite disturbed, while there’s no space at all to add a baby cot into the bedroom. The apartment has a TV, internet, hairdryer and a bathroom with shower and curtain. Both verandas have a partial sea view (one has an awning). There’s no A/C, but the interior of the building is quite fresh by itself. The guests take care of the hygiene of the apartment, so absolutely nobody disturbs them during their stay, and clean towels and bed linen are provided. Pets are allowed upon the agreement with the owner.

They have no yard, however, there’s an enclosed and nicely arranged space under the pines across the street, where you can relax and socialize. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.

You will find this nice house in the Elia area, near the Virginia Hotel.

Since it is located less than 50m from the beach intended only for the guests of this accommodation, Pergiali House is a good choice for families with children, but also for those who’d like to enjoy a peaceful vacation away from crowds, noise and massive tourism destinations.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
