Our description

Pergiali House is the accommodation within a private complex on Elia beach. It consists of only one accommodation unit, so it promises tranquillity and a sense of privacy. It's in a very good condition, decorated in a traditional style with a dominant combination of wood and stone, the rooms are furnished with taste, fresh and pleasant.

Across the street, there are enclosed area with plenty of natural shade (very comfortable for sitting) and a playground for children. From here, you can step down to the beach, which is almost private in that part, it's narrow, pebbly and not arranged, but beautiful. Apart from a couple of traditional taverns and a shop with basic amenities in the surrounding area, there's no tourist offer, so you will have to go to Neos Marmaras or Nikiti (10km) for fun or shopping.

The apartment is located on the ground floor (several stairs above the street level). The bedroom is separated and it has one double bed, wardrobe and access to the porch. In the living room, you will find a drawer bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and a stove, as well as access to another porch. It's possible to add an extra bed or a baby cot (without an additional charge) in this room, but in this case, the comfort will be quite disturbed, while there's no space at all to add a baby cot into the bedroom. The apartment has a TV, internet, hairdryer and a bathroom with shower and curtain. Both verandas have a partial sea view (one has an awning). There's no A/C, but the interior of the building is quite fresh by itself. The guests take care of the hygiene of the apartment, so absolutely nobody disturbs them during their stay, and clean towels and bed linen are provided. Pets are allowed upon the agreement with the owner.

They have no yard, however, there's an enclosed and nicely arranged space under the pines across the street, where you can relax and socialize. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.

Since it is located less than 50m from the beach intended only for the guests of this accommodation, Pergiali House is a good choice for families with children, but also for those who'd like to enjoy a peaceful vacation away from crowds, noise and massive tourism destinations.

Owners description

The apartment is in Akti Elias Sithonia, right after the well-known beaches like Akti Koviou, Akti Kalogrias and Akti Spathies. It is just 10km away from Nikiti and 11km from Neos Marmaras.

Pergiali is just 200m after the entrance to Elia and provides private beach, private parking, communal barbecue and resting area/playground with sea view.

The apartment consists of one bedroom, one space for kitchen and living room (the sofa transforms into two beds), bathroom and two balconies. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a large closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped so that cooking is possible. There is an oven, kitchenware, coffee machine, fridge.

In the living room, as mentioned above, the couch turns into two single beds. Also, when needed a camp bed is provided. There are a TV and WiFi internet.

We offer clean sheets and towels.

Both balconies have a sea view, table and chairs. Also, in the front one, there's a ceiling fan, and tent.

Inside the apartment, there is no air condition, but it is really not needed since it is always breezy.

Also, there is parking space, a communal leisure space under pine trees just above the beach, where one can also have a barbecue. The beach is private since only members of the Pergiali usually enter.

Generally, the place is ideal for families with young kids, or for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
