If you are looking for an accommodation in the center of Gerakini, near the beach, Pashalia Studios can be a great choice. It has six clean, air-conditioned studios for 2-3 persons and two apartments for a maximum of five people, with private terrace, wireless internet, TV and mosquito nets, just a step away from taverns, pastry shops and stores.

Paschalia Studios is located above the clothing store, next to the main street in Gerakini. The sea is 100m away, and the closest store is right next to it.

There are six studios for maximum three persons and two apartments for maximum five persons in the next building. The studios are upstairs, three are facing the street, and three are on the other side and have a partial view of the sea and the surrounding buildings.

Studios have one double or two connected single beds, and there is possibility to add an auxiliary extra bed with standard mattress. The studios are air-conditioned, they have mosquito nets, safe box, plasma TV, internet and a spacious private terrace with an awning, seating set and a drying rack. The kitchens are equipped with hotplates, electric kettle, a fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower tray with curtain and water heater, so the warm water is guaranteed.

Apartments are located on the first floor in the building next to the primary one with studios. The apartments are for a maximum of five people, i.e. four adults and one child, and in fact, they consist of two studios connected by the door. In one of the rooms, one auxiliary bed with a standard mattress can be added with an extra charge. Each room has access to a private terrace with a table, chairs and a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower tray and curtain, as well as a kitchenette equipped with hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes. Amenities include mosquito nets, TV, wireless internet and air conditioning.

If you stay 10 nights, bed linen and towels are replaced on half of the stay. If the stay is shorter, the replacement is done upon agreement with the owner.

They have no yard or parking, but, according to the owner, the parking space is easily to be found in the surrounding alleys.

Pastry shop Meli Meli is next to the accommodation and the Anemomilos tavern is diagonal from it, so it’s very easy to find it.

Paschalia Studios is a great choice for dynamic guests who are not bothered by the crowd, and above all they value the vicinity to the center and the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
