Gerakini Beachfront Apartment is a comfortable and spacious accommodation located near the village of Gerakini, on Halkidiki. Situated just 100 m from the nearest beach and 2.5 km from the resort centre, it offers the opportunity for a pleasant holiday characterized by peace and a sense of pleasant seclusion from everyday stress and crowds.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of six adults, making it an ideal choice for a larger group of friends or a multi-member family. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, and three bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, the second has two single beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with one single bed and a single sofa bed.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with two air-conditioning units located in the hallway and in one of the bedrooms. For a more comfortable stay during the hottest summer days, guests also have a fan at their disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a four-ring stove with a large oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. The property also provides a washing machine and one TV set.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy their time on the balcony, which offers a distant side view of the sea and is ideal for relaxing moments in the fresh air. In addition to the balcony, guests have access to a landscaped and fenced yard, which is shared by all residents of the building.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Please note that upon arrival, guests are required to leave a security deposit, which will be used to cover electricity consumption. If the electricity bill is lower than the deposit amount, the owner will refund the difference to the guests. If the bill exceeds the deposit amount, the owner will charge the guests the remaining difference.
Cleaning services, as well as bed linen and towels, are not provided, so guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay.
