If hygiene and location are important factors in choosing accommodation, Abelos Suzana Housed is the right choice for you. The owners are kind and they are there for their guests for everything they need. Accommodation can be a good choice for families with children due to the vicinity of the beach and beautifully decorated yard with children's playground, but also for those who do not come with their own car, because the accommodation is located near cafés, taverns and organized beach, so everything is at fingertips.

The accommodation is only 150m away from the beach, taverns and markets.

In the offer are nine accommodation units, one apartment, three triple studios and five quadruple studios.

Three quadruple studios (20m2) have a double bed and bunk beds, they are located on the ground floor and they have access directly to the yard. They can accommodate up to two adults and two children up to 14 years old (not taller than 1,60m). Two quadruple studios (25m2) are located on the first floor and they also have one double bed and bunk beds. In these studios bunk beds are the size of regular single beds, so also adults can sleep on them.

Triple studios (20m2) have one double and one single bed. There are three triple studios, two are located on the second floor, while one studio is on the first floor.

The quadruple apartment (40m2) is on the first floor. In the room where the kitchen is there is one double bed, while in the bedroom there are two single beds. The apartment is ideal for four people, but if the family has three children, an extra single bed or a baby cot can be added. A single bed is charged extra, while the baby cot is free.

All accommodation units have TV, WiFi, air conditioning, small kitchen with hotplates and small fridge, mosquito nets, separate balconies with awnings, drying wire, table and chairs (the balconies on the floor are separated by glass partition, and on the ground floor by paravans). All balconies are facing the frontyard and the street. The bathrooms have an edged showering area and curtain.

Next to the accommodation there is a private parking for guests. In the yard there are a table and benches for socializing, with a barbecue and a small summer kitchen. In the frontyard there is a playground for children on a beautifully landscaped lawn. We would like to mention that the frontyard is not fenced. Quiet hours are from 3p.m. till 5:30p.m.

You will find Abelos Suzana House when traveling from the direction of Toroni, you enter Kalamitsi at the second entrance. You will go down a small hill (50m) and see the accommodation in the first street right, the second house in the row.

Welcome to House Abelos Suzana House in Kalamitsi. Serenity, hospitality and the sea are some things you will never forget. House Abelos Suzana is located in Kalamitsi in Sithonia, the second peninsula of Halkidiki with the clean turquoise water beaches. The hotel is built in a distance less than 100m from the sea, thus it's an ideal choice for family vacations, without the need for everyday transportation. It's a family business that provides services of hygiene, comfort and hospitality to their customers trying to upgrade our services year by year. The location of House Abelos Suzana and the hospitable family spirit create a relaxing mood making a memorable accommodation.

Abelos Suzana House has nine rooms, one apartment of two separate rooms, three triple studios and five quadruple studios. All rooms are airy and sunny. Inside the rooms there is Air Condition, TV set (Greek Network), kitchenware, fridge and comfortable bathroom with shower. Hot water is constantly (24/7) available. On the ground floor there is a space full of green grass ideal for children, a barbecue and a spacious parking lot. House Abelos Suzana has three spaces available for car parking. The sea is only 100m far. A lot of attention is paid to the cleaning of the rooms and bedclothes as well as to the constant provision of hot and cold water since House Abelos Suzana owns a 20m3 underground tank.

The room is ideal for families with 3-4 members especially with small children since it is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden and the place with the toys. House Abelos Suzana has three quadruple rooms with this description available and all are on the ground floor.

QUADRUPLE ROOM TYPE B: The room has one double and two single beds in bunk style, free WiFi internet, TV set, air condition, WC, fridge and a cooker with two hobs fully equipped with cookware. The room is ideal for families with 4-5 members since there is the option of an additional single bed or a playpen in case there is a baby or a small child. House Abelos Suzana has two quadruple rooms with this description available, all on the first floor.

TRIPLE ROOM: The room has one double and a single bed, free WiFi internet, TV set, air condition, WC, fridge anda cooker with two hobs fully equipped with cookware. The room is ideal for families with 2-3 members since there is the option of an additional single single bed or a playpen in case there is a baby or a small child. House Abelos Suzana has three triple rooms with this description available, one of them on the first floor and the rest on the second floor of the building.

APARTMENT: It's on the first floor. In the main room of the apartment there is a double bed. In addition there is Air Condition, TV Set, WC, fridge, cooker with two hobs fully equipped with cookware. In the second room there are two single beds. Rooms are connected through a door. Free WiFi is available on both rooms. The two room apartment is ideal for families with 4-5 members, since there is the option of an additional single bed or playpen in case there is a baby or a small child.
