Landlady Dimitra is wonderful, warm-hearted, and hospitable! The accommodation is truly clean, and the furniture is well-maintained. The air conditioning works excellently and comes at no extra charge. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential items needed. The terrace is spacious, featuring an adjustable awning for shade. The beach is indeed close, just a few minutes' walk away. The private parking is ample and right next to the accommodation. If we return to Kalamitsi, we would definitely stay here again.

The four-person apartment where we stayed was not spacious enough for the three of us. Realistically, this is a studio for two with extra beds added. Fortunately, the terrace is quite spacious. The bathroom is in need of renovation. The issue of occasional internet outages should be addressed. Everything else is more than excellent; a peaceful place for relaxation, cleanliness, the kindness of the hosts, secured parking for the vehicle, and proximity to the beach.

The accommodation is average, the inventory is old but well-preserved and maintained. Staying for 12 days (11 nights), there are two adults and one child aged 7. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, but lacks an extractor fan. There are no kitchen towels or dish-drying cloths, but there are towels for knives and on the floor. There is no hairdryer, so please bring your own if needed. The room is small for three, but at least the terrace is spacious with awnings, drying racks, and shields. The reason one would not return to this accommodation is the cleanliness. In fact, during the 12-day stay, it was only cleaned once on the sixth day, without cleaning the garden area at all. In this instance, the bedding was changed and the towels replaced. Once in 12 days! The owner is a friendly woman. She lives with the guests in the accommodation, but does not feel intrusive. Check-in hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

Kalamici is a small place, so all the accommodations are relatively close to the beach, and although this one is right next to the main road, it is not far from the beach.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The cleanliness deserves a perfect ten. During our five-day stay, we received fresh towels and cleaning of the studio. Additionally, a broom is available for you to clean up yourself. You take the trash to the container yourself, and you can ask Dimitra for a bag. The beds were comfortable. We stayed on the first floor. There is a mosquito net, although there were hardly any mosquitoes. The landlady, Dimitra, was cheerful and friendly. The water from the tap was yellowish for the last two days starting from 11, but it didn't bother us, as someone wrote, it has nothing to do with the accommodation. There is a tap downstairs, so you can wash the sand off before entering the room. Rest time is from 15:00 to 17:30 and after 22:00. Someone mentioned that the accommodation is not suitable for children, but I was there with two kids, and I believe it is suitable; during our stay, there were two families, whose children were playing loudly on the grassy area, so we couldn't hear each other on the terrace. Yes, if the landlady "intervened" then, it was necessary. I believe there should be a bit of culture and consideration for others... (And my children are small too) The kitchen is equipped with beautiful plates, deep and shallow, cups, glasses, two pots, one resembling a frying pan, but there was only one knife. There is enough space for clothes. The bathroom is clean; we had a shower curtain (unlike the Greek habits). The only downside was that we received one roll of toilet paper for the four of us for 11 days. Although we didn't ask for more, maybe they forgot... The terrace is spacious, finally a large enough table after a series of accommodations with tiny tables on the terraces. Parking is available only for accommodation users. The beach is close, just a 5-8 minute leisurely walk. I would choose this accommodation again. I hope I have helped someone make a decision.

We were there and do not intend to return. There is a lawn for children where they can play only if they are quiet. The owner constantly admonishes the children and excessively demands silence even outside of quiet hours.

The hostess Suzana is exceptionally kind and always at your service. The towels were replaced after five days. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a television. The furniture is relatively new and in good condition. There are only seven channels available on the TV, but for those who come to relax, that is not of great importance ;)

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, close to the beach, yet in a peaceful area. We stayed on the first floor, in a triple room, and the only complaint is the yellow water in the accommodation. I was with my one-and-a-half-year-old child and bathed her in the yellow tap water, washed the bottles in the yellow tap water, and then rinsed them with bottled water, boiling it afterward. Every day, the water was yellow. There were days when a vehicle came to clean the septic tank since there is no sewage system, so you can imagine how bad it smelled.

Kudos to Suzana and Dimitru. They were exceptionally kind and accommodating. We stayed in a three-bed studio on the second and top floor, which required us to turn on the air conditioning at night due to the high temperatures during the day. We had a wonderful rest, as there was no noise either in the area or in the accommodation. Everything was just as described on the Nikana website. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The boy and I chose a studio, which is quite sufficient for two. Dimitra is a very kind woman who is always available for any information. In the end, we even managed to extend our vacation by another two days, as there were three days free between us and the next guests. It is small, clean, and nestled just 100 meters from the beach. I see that everyone complains about the internet, but for us, it was excellent. We had hot water available at all times, and the linens and towels were changed once during our stay. All in all, we are very satisfied and would gladly recommend this accommodation :)

I must commend my incredibly dear and beloved companion. The room is immaculate, equipped with towels at our disposal, and there is hot water available 24 hours a day throughout our stay, with fresh linens and towels provided and everything kept spotless. Additionally, we are pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the air conditioning and the refrigerator, particularly the freezer compartment. Kitchen utensils are readily available! A mere short walk takes you to the beach, where you will find a market and taverns. Fine sand, crystal-clear water without waves, stones, or algae, tranquil and uncrowded. Refreshing nights for restful sleep. All our expectations have been met.

The accommodation at Abelos Suzana has absolutely met our expectations. The beach is just a minute's walk from the accommodation, which is very clean, tidy, and reasonably comfortable. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation is decent, exceptionally clean, and the hostess Dimitra is extremely pleasant and always at your service. Parking is provided, the beach is nearby, and the only aspect that somewhat diminishes the overall impression is the comfort. Specifically, the rooms for two adults and two children are quite small, especially the double bed which is too small for us corpulent ones. All in all, very decent :-).

First and foremost, the staff is exceptionally courteous (a family-run business), and landlady Dimitra is quite proficient in English. They are always eager to assist, and you can seek advice from Dimitra on various matters. Dimitra has left us with an excellent impression. The room is pleasant, clean, equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and the terrace is delightful. In the courtyard, there are lovely facilities for children. The parking area for cars is spacious, mostly in the sun. The location itself lacks many amenities, which makes it ideal for relaxation; unlike Mosquito City (Toroni), here you hardly encounter any mosquitoes.

My family spent this vacation in this house. I can tell you that we were all very satisfied with the accommodation, the proximity to the beach, the beautiful yard with a playground for small children, and most importantly, the kindness of the hosts! The place is small, peaceful, and the beach is vast, without any significant crowds. In a word, it is ideal for families with young children. Highly recommended. Kalamitsi is a small place with limited amenities, yet it boasts a perfect beach that is conveniently close to this accommodation. The courtyard is designed for children, making it ideal for families with little ones to stay on the ground floor. There is a well-maintained lawn, toys for children, and chairs specifically suited for them. The four-person studio is compact, featuring one double bed and a bunk bed. As a family of five (with the youngest member being 2.5 years old), we found the space quite cramped, and the biggest issue was the beds, which were short and small. The bathroom is exceptionally tiny, but there was an outdoor shower in the back of the yard that we used, which greatly facilitated our stay. The studio also includes a kitchen with very limited cookware, but whatever we requested from Suzana, she was always eager to assist. I must also mention that she generously lent us a washing machine so we could wash two loads of our towels.

We have just returned from Kalamitsi, where we stayed at the villa "Abelos Suzana". The most important aspect for us is that the beach is phenomenal. A paradise for both children and adults. The accommodation was quite decent; indeed, it was small, but we didn't need more since we only slept there. Everything was clean and tidy, and after five days, the bed linens were changed. Suzana does not speak English, but we managed to communicate about everything we needed. She is very friendly and kind. The apartments are close to the beach, which meant a lot to us since we were vacationing with two small children, and every trip to the beach required a full military setup that we didn't have to carry far. All in all, we are very satisfied and warmly recommend it to anyone who does not require luxurious accommodation but wishes to enjoy the beach, sun, and sea. :-)

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation at Suzana House. It is comfortable and, most importantly, very clean. The only drawback is the highway that is relatively close, as traffic noise is constantly audible from there.
