Hotel Description

Didakis Studios is located in the first and second row to the sea, just few steps from the sandy beach and the closest supermarket. Some of the accommodation units have a fantastic sea view. The accommodation offers pleasant holiday where the price and quality ratio is excellent, accommodation is very clean and the owners are very kind.

The beach is only 20m away, as well as a first smaller market.

It consists of two houses in the same yard, one in the first row to the sea and the second one is right behind.

The house by the sea has four studios on the first floor with a sea view, while on the ground floor there is a tavern that is closed at the moment. The second house is newer and consists of eight studios. Four are on the high ground floor and the rest are on the first floor. All twelve studios (18m2) have one double bed and bunk beds, a bathroom with shower only, without cabin and curtains, a kitchen with hotplates, a balcony (7m2), air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets. Internet signal is much stronger on the balcony than inside the studios.

Private parking is provided. The yard is spacious and grassy, but not fully fenced in one area. There is only a wooden lower fence. Bed linen and towels are being changed every three days.

To get to the accommodation Didakis, you will turn from the main road when you see the first board for Kalamitsi and you will go down the street by the beach and drive another 50m and then you will see the accommodation on the left.

This accommodation is well-maintained, suitable for families with children, because it is located on the promenade and close to all amenities.

A gracious host, an excellent location, a tranquil environment, a spacious terrace, and consistently available hot water. Parking is available in the courtyard. I highly recommend it.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
