We stayed in apartment number 3 on the ground floor. The space is a bit cramped; it would be better if the room were slightly larger for the children. Everything else was fine, the beach is right in front. Overall, it was all right.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. The apartments are nicely decorated, but the hygiene is not at a satisfactory level, especially in the bathrooms. We paid extra for breakfast, and the selection was good. Next time, I would choose apartments on the upper floors, as the ceilings in the basement are very low and dark.

The hotel is excellent; cleanliness, bedding, and towels are changed every two days, and it is located across from the beach. Everything is superb, "if you choose an apartment." However, if you opt for a studio, the satisfaction level is not as high - the spaces are small, and although they are renovated and look nice, the price-to-value ratio is not satisfactory. Nevertheless, considering that it is a vacation, and that the least amount of time is spent in the room, it is not too terrible for a ten-day stay.

A spacious and tidy apartment. The phenomenal terrace offers a divine view and is never directly exposed to the sun. Every third day, the cleaning staff would tidy up the room and change the linens and towels. Kudos for the organization and cleanliness of the apartment.

We have never encountered a neater and cleaner apartment before. The villa is close to the sea, on a beautiful beach, without crowds, which is yet another significant advantage. The price of the studio is appropriate for the location and comfort it provides. We were accommodated in an older building on the second floor with a view of the sea. The furniture is outdated, as is the bathroom. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The problem is that the bathing conditions at the beach are poor due to the large waves, so we visited different beaches every day. All in all, we returned satisfied.

This is our second time vacationing at the same property, and we are primarily satisfied with the location, which is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough for an evening stroll to the center of Sarti. The staff is courteous and attentive, the accommodation is spacious and clean, and the five-person apartment we stayed in features a lovely, expansive terrace with a side view of the sea. The view of the sea and Mount Athos is stunning. The bathroom has been renovated, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. During our ten-day stay, the bed linens and towels were changed twice. The accommodation is truly tidy and clean. It is located in a quiet area, yet not too far from the center of events. If we were to have any complaints, they would pertain to the very poor internet connection. Fortunately, our mobile service packages provide a solution to this issue.

The four-person studio we stayed in (two adults and two children aged 15 and 13) features a large terrace, a small kitchen in the hallway, and a spacious room with a French bed and bunk beds. The accommodation is excellent. We were housed in the newer part of the villa, which is truly fantastic. The beach is nearby, and there is a beach bar owned by the villa's proprietors, who also have a superb restaurant. Breakfast is equally outstanding. There are as many parking spaces as you wish, and the villa is located in a quieter part of Sarti, yet everything is very close. The Wi-Fi is decent and can even be accessed on the beach. Hygiene is also excellent. Next to it is a water treatment facility, and sometimes an unpleasant odor can be detected, but this is more prevalent in the older part of the villa, while it is not noticeable in the newer section. Overall, an excellent accommodation that I warmly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Sarti.

For the first time, we visited Sithonia, staying at the Ta Vrahakia apartments. We occupied a five-person apartment featuring a separate bedroom, a spacious kitchen, and a room with three single beds. The bathroom has been renovated and includes a shower cabin. The terrace is vast and stretches along the entire length of the apartment. The landlady and the staff are exceptionally kind. All praises!

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The accommodation is very nice, and I highly recommend it. We stayed in the old renovated section in a studio on the ground floor, and everything was perfectly fine. The studios are well-equipped. The summer house with a grill, as well as the children's playground, were fantastic. We didn't have to go to the city swings and wait in line, as we had them in the accommodation. (Important for families with children) :) The beach bar is also good and offers reasonable prices. You don't pay for the sunbed, just for what you order at the bar. The WiFi signal wasn't always the best, but overall it was satisfactory. There were perhaps 7-8 different networks in the same building, so at times the network would drop or the signal would be weak. All in all, we had a truly wonderful accommodation and an excellent stay.

The accommodation was excellent, rated 10. However, there are two issues regarding the accommodation and services. The air conditioning, when in use, has an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning needs to be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned. Disinfection is a specialized job for a company that handles it, not for housekeepers who merely spray with fragrance. The internet is exceptionally fast, but the problem is that there are five different internet networks. All networks should change their name to one and have the same password. We were accommodated at Ta Wrahakia Studios on the first floor. The apartment is clean, and cleaning is done every three days when towels and bed linens are changed. The sea is nearby, just across the street, and the owner of the accommodation has a bar on the beach that comes highly recommended. The music in the bar is not loud, and there is ample space on the beach for those who prefer not to order drinks and wish to use the sun loungers. The courtyard is large and beautifully arranged, with plenty of seating and grilling areas. The center and promenade are about 500 meters away, but this is an advantage as it keeps you away from the hustle and bustle. An excellent accommodation for families with small children and pets, which are allowed in this establishment.

This was our first visit to Sithonia and the town of Sarti, considering that we vacation on Thassos every year. Since we have a pet, a Maltese, we sought accommodation that would be suitable in that regard. We immediately received recommendations for several studios from Nikana and chose Ta Vrahakia. We were accommodated on the first floor in a four-bed studio with a view of the magnificent Athos and the sea. We were extremely satisfied with the service, the kindness of the owners, especially the owner's daughter who always passed by and greeted us with a smile. Everything described regarding the accommodation is precisely as stated. The terrace is spacious, comfortable, the view is beautiful, there is enough cookware, mosquito nets, and the WiFi is excellent both in the room and in the courtyard, as well as at the Ostia beach bar which is owned by them. There is ample space in the studio, which also has an additional table with chairs, making it quite comfortable, given that there were 4 adults, a 6-year-old child, and a small dog. The courtyard is nicely arranged, with toys for children and swings, a grill, tables, and chairs where you can dine. It is clean and tidy, the bedding is changed every three days, and what is very important is that no one bothers or burdens you; the owners are mostly at the beach bar or in the tavern they have on the beach in the center, so you hardly see them. Parking is around the house, well-lit, and the beach, shops, and bakeries are about 300 meters away, all within easy reach. I was particularly delighted to see guests with two well-behaved golden retrievers, as we also have a pet, so I was surprised that they accept large dogs, and none of the guests complained. If we vacation in Sarti again, we would definitely return to this accommodation, as I highly recommend it. There are no crowds on the beach, parking which is very important to me, and the proximity to the beach. We were accommodated in a five-person apartment, featuring a separate bedroom with a French bed, while the other room contained three single beds. The apartment boasts a long and spacious terrace, furnished with ample tables and chairs for dining, as well as for evening relaxation. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The kitchen was adequately equipped, and I assume that if we needed anything, the villa owner would have gladly assisted us. The apartments are cleaned every three days, during which towels and bed linens are changed. The yard is beautifully landscaped, complete with a barbecue and tables available for guest use. There are also several toys for the little ones, along with two swings. We were situated on the first floor, but I would not recommend the studio apartments on the ground floor, as they are literally at ground level, even below the street level in front of the house. The surroundings of the villa are not landscaped, but we found this to be an advantage since we were not in the crowded atmosphere typical of many villas in Sarti (the terraces are almost connected between houses and everything is cramped). The villa has its own sandy beach and a beach bar with sun loungers. There is no crowd on the beach, as it is usually frequented only by the villa's guests. The sun loungers are not charged, as long as you consume something, which is not mandatory for apartment guests. The sea is crystal clear, at least it was during our stay. In any case, Villa Ta Vrahakia comes highly recommended.

I can only convey the most positive impressions to other potential visitors. The studio is spacious and exceptionally clean. From the terrace, there is a magnificent view of Mount Athos. The owner is extremely kind and always available to assist. She runs a beach bar on the shore, and upon your arrival, you will receive a drink as a welcome gesture. Guests of the apartments can use the sun loungers on the beach for free, meaning you are not obligated to order a drink if you do not wish to. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and looks much nicer than in the pictures, as it has been well-maintained in the meantime. There are plenty of tables where guests can gather in the evenings and enjoy themselves. The WiFi is excellent both in the apartment and at the beach where their Ostia bar is located. The only drawback is the occasional unpleasant odor from the nearby sewage station. The smell is not constant and occurs two to three times a day. The store is located about 300 meters away. Overall, the pleasant experience and enjoyable stay we had are not diminished by the sewage problem. Moreover, the same issue exists in the center near the large parking lot, so this is not a problem exclusive to this location. Additionally, the villa boasts a lovely courtyard and its amenities. There is complete equipment for grilling, plenty of tables for socializing, and many toys for small children.

I stayed with a family of five from July 16 to July 26, 2016. The apartment met our expectations, just as described on the website. The location is very suitable for families with small children, as the sandy beach is very close and there is never a crowd. Additionally, there is a café on the beach with sun loungers, and a leisurely stroll will take you to the nearest market, bakery, and other amenities. The terraces of our apartment were on the side, allowing the morning sun to warm them, while providing shade in the afternoon. The only suggestion I have is to offer guests of the apartment (with a card) a discount on the use of sun loungers, as well as a discount at the restaurant. This suggestion is not for saving money but rather for enhancing the guests' experience.
