Ta Vrahakia Apartments is the popular accommodation in a new part of Sarti, just few steps from the beach. In addition to the excellent location, there’s a playground for children, private parking and a bar where breakfast is served. The kind and unobtrusive owners are there for everything you need.

The accommodation is located in the first row to the sea, across the football field. It’s about 50m from the sandy beach, about 800m from the center of Sarti and about 200m from the nearest store.

It consists of two buildings. In the building on the left looking from the frontside there are double and triple studios and quadruple maisonettes, while in the right one there are double, triple and quadruple studios and quadruple apartments.

In the building on the left there’s only one double studio and it’s located on the upper floor. It’s equipped with one double bed and overlooks the yard. There are three triple studios, all three are on the ground floor and one is adapted for disabled people. All three overlook the sea and have one double bed and a folding armchair for a child up to 10 years old. All six maisonettes are on the upper floor and face the sea. They have a double bed on the gallery and a sofa bed for two children on the ground level. The kitchen is a bit separated but without a door. One maisonette can be combined with a double studio as a large apartment.

In the building on the right there are two double studios on the backside of the building, which overlook the yard. Each studio has a double bed. From eight triple studios, five are on the upper floor with sea view, three are semi-based the ceiling height is 2 meters with garden view and all have a double bed and a single sofa. Quadruple studios are two, they are on the upper floor and overlook the sea. Both studios have a double bed and a double sofa.Two quadruple apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa in the room with the kitchen. They are located on the first and second floor and have three terraces with a side sea view.

All accommodation units have TV, internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, terrace, kitchen with hotplates, coffee maker and a small or large fridge and a bathroom with shower cabin. Some terraces have an awning and some have an umbrella. Bed linen and towels are replaced after two days. Pets are welcome.

Amenities include a parking lot, as well as a small playground for children and barbecue in the yard. Within the building on the left, there’s a bar where breakfast is served. Ta Vrahakia Tavern is located on the beach in the old part of Sarti and offers a large selection of fresh fish and Greek specialities.

Turn off the highway towards the football field and when you reach the crossroad, turn right and after few meters, you will see this accommodation on the right side.

Ta Vrahakia Apartments is an ideal choice for families with small children and anyone who’d like to enjoy a vacation on a quiet location.

We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and cleanliness; towels were changed every two days. We also paid for breakfast, which was satisfactory.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 10 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
