House Stella Studios And Apartments are located in a small and peaceful village, Kalamitsi, at the southern tip of Sithonia, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the crowds and noise often found in larger and more popular destinations. The property is also near one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece, just 75m away.
Within this accommodation, where individuals of all ages count towards the total capacity of the unit, studios, and apartments are offered, distributed on the ground floor, first, and second floor, intended for accommodating up to four adults.
Two-bed studios have a double bed or two joined beds for one person, three-bed studios additionally have one bed for one person, while four-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, and two beds for one person in the kitchen area.
Upon request and included in the price is the availability of a baby cot.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and provide guests with free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer in double studios and apartments, as well as a kitchen equipped with a mini two-burner stove in the studios, and a two-burner stove and a small oven in the apartments, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment in the studios, while the apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, depending on the number of floors, on the furnished veranda or balcony.
Your stay can be made more enjoyable with the option to barbecue with family and friends, but not during rest hours and after 22:00 (10:00 PM).
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and with an additional charge of 25€ per day.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out every third day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
