Hotel Description

Accommodation Maria’s House Hotel between Metamorfosi and Nikiti offers air-conditioned rooms and apartments for 2-4 people. Wireless internet, private pool and beautiful yard with parking surrounded by greenery - are just some of the advantages of this oasis of peace.

It is located 130m from the sea and about 850m from the center of Metamorfosi. The nearest beach has a little gravel at the entrance and a gradual depth, and it can be reached on foot, there’s a path from the accommodation.

The property offers 22 accommodation units distributed over two floors – 17 triple rooms for up to three adults, two double rooms, and three quadruple family rooms. The hotel was built in 1992 and renovated in 2019. It is in excellent condition, although the furniture is not new.

Double rooms, 2 Bed Room (2+2) Standard, feature two single beds, with the option to add two additional single extra beds for two adults or two children. Triple rooms, 2 Bed Room (2+1) Deluxe, feature one double bed, with the option to add one extra bed for an adult or a child. The rooms are equipped only with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Family rooms, 4 Bed Room (4+2) Family, feature four single beds, with the option to add two additional extra beds for two adults or two children, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, with wireless internet, satellite TV channels, mosquito nets and a bathroom with shower tray and curtains. The terraces are private, separated by barriers, equipped with a drying rack and a sitting set.

Around the accommodation there’s a large, fenced and arranged courtyard with paths, grass, greenery and palm trees. In the courtyard, there are toys for children, a swimming pool with a bar and an outdoor shower. The pool can be used from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Parking place is guaranteed to all users on the large parking located within the yard.

Driving on the main road Poligiros – Agios Nikolaos from Metamorfosi to Nikiti, on the right side you’ll see the sign for Anagnostou Studios. Immediately after this accommodation, take the route to the right and drive for another 200m until you reach the Maria’s House Hotel.

If you are looking for a decent accommodation with a swimming pool, on a quiet location and in a nice ambience, Maria’s House Hotel could be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 16 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
