Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for MetamorfosiAnagnostou Studios is a real example of accommodation for a recommendation. Although it belongs to Nikiti, it's closer to Metamorfosi, as it's at about 600m (walking distance) from this small town full of greenery. A safe and spacious backyard full of greenery, with a private pool, barbecue and outdoor sitting area, as well as a 2-minute on foot from the beach are just some of the benefits of this accommodation.
Accommodation is about 170m far away from the beach, while the nearest markets, bakeries and tourist shops are in a nearby town called Metamorfosi.
There are seven studios and two apartments. Accommodation units on the ground floor are marked with A, on the first floor with B and on the second floor with C. The units on the first and second floor have an entrance from the poolside and their terraces face the sea. Triple studios can also be rented as double studios.
Studios A1 and A2 are located on the ground floor and have one double bed and a single bed. The single bed is 1.10 wide, therefore two kids could sleep on it comfortably. The ground floor is perfect for families with young children due to direct access to the yard. The terraces on the ground floor are separated and offer plenty of privacy and shade. There's no moisture on the ground floor, on the contrary, everything is very clean, tidy and recommended.
Studios B1 and B4 are located on the first floor and they have one double and a single bed. They have separate stairs, so privacy is at a higher level. B1 overlooks the courtyard with a barbecue (east), while B4 overlooks the courtyard entrance (west). Studios B2 and B3 are on the first floor and they have one double and two single beds, and one rancho bed could be added.
Studio C1 has three single beds.
Apartment C3 is for four persons (maximum four and a small child) and it has two single beds in the first room and one double and a single bed in the second. Apartment C2 can also accommodate four people (maximum four and small child). It has two single beds in the first room and one double and a sofa bed in the second. This apartment is in the middle, between C1 and C3 and it has the largest terrace. All three units are located on the second floor.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have a kitchen, a fridge with freezer compartment, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a terrace with awning, sitting area and a drying rack, while hairdryer is available upon request. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
There's a spacious and enclosed yard full of greenery in front of the accommodation, with a well-kept lawn, a swimming pool and an ample private parking with plenty of room for everyone.
Driving the Poligirou – Agiou Nikolaou main road, after 600m from Metamorfosi towards Nikiti, you'll see on the right the signboard for Anagnostou Studios and the accommodation itself.

Owners description
The seaside apartments can be found in Sithonia, Halkidiki. They are located in settlement Askminia, between Nikiti and Metamorfosi, on a five acre land, 250 meters away from a beautiful pine covered beach. We will be glad to provide you accommodation and offer you relaxing summer holidays in a hospitable family environment.
Τhe rooms are modern and equipped with all facilities for your holidays enjoyment in cheap prices.
The apartments complex is comprised of sunny, comfortable furnished apartments all of which have en-suit facilities and are equipped with: kitchen, fridge, TV, A/C, hairdryer, WiFi access. All studios and apartments have balconies with sea and mountain view. Doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Towels are provided, bed linen is changed every three days, while cleaning is done every two days.
Accommodation consists of seven studios and two apartments. Five studios are 20m2, and two of them are 26m2. Apartments are approximately 35m2. Extra bed (rantzo) has double mattress which is very comfortable.
Studios can accommodate three persons.
- Studio A1 (three persons) - Room A1 is a studio on the ground floor and includes a double and a single bed.
- Studio A2 (three persons) - Room A2 is a studio on the ground floor and includes a double and a single bed.
- Studio B1 (three persons) - Room B1 (eastern) is a studio on the first floor and includes a double and a single bed.
- Studio B4 (three persons) - Room B4 (west) is a studio on the first floor and includes a double and a single bed.
- Studio B2 (four persons) - Room B2 is a studio on the first floor and includes a double and two single beds.
- Studio B3 (four persons) - Room B3 is a studio on the first floor and includes a double and two single beds.
- Studio C1 (three persons) - Room C1 is a studio on the second floor (eastern) and includes three single beds.
- Apartment C2 (4-5 persons) - Room C2 is a two-room apartment and includes two single beds in the one room and a double bed in the second room.
- Studio C3 (five persons) - Room C3 is a two-room apartment and includes two single beds in the one room and a double bed and a single one in the second room.
Internet signal is fair, but it is the best in garden and on balconies. Kitchen has round round burners and necessary equipment. In garden is shower and sunbeds. From June 2015 Anagnostou accommodation has a swimming pool.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred

Odličan smeštaj u mirnom okruženju. Prelepo, dobro održavano dvorište sa bazenom. Sobe se svakodnevno čiste, posteljinu i peškire menjaju svaki treći dan. Vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni. Plaža na 200 m od smeštaja, mala, nema gužve. Nama je bilo prelepo ❤️
