Our description
At just 200m from Metamorfosi, tucked in a large garden full of greenery, Makis House offers numerous amenities, from private parking, swimming pool, internet, privacy, security and air-conditioned accommodation units with mosquito nets, to being the excellent base for visiting Sithonia and it's magnificent beaches.
Makis House is located about 250m from the entrance to Metamorfosi and 390m from the city beach, which can not be reached by car, but only on foot (unless you go to the beach directly from Metamorfosi).
There are seven apartments for 4-5 people and three studios for 2-3 people.
The duplex apartment for four has two bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds. The apartment with two bedrooms has a double bed in one bedroom, while the other room has three beds for one person. The apartment for five has a bedroom with one double and a single bed, as well as another room with two single beds (a bit shorter than the standard ones) and exit to the terrace. The single beds in four-bed apartment no. 1, 2 and 5 are 175cm in length and are suitable for children. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with large stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and necessary dishes. Triple studios have one double and a single bed, and a separate and fully equipped kitchen.
Accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, bathroom with a shower tray and curtain, a TV (with Greek channels), internet and private terrace with drying rack and sitting set. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while the cleaning is performed every day. Pets are not allowed.
There's a large courtyard available, with a barbecue, lots of flowers, olive trees and shade. The parking place is guaranteed for all guests. The pool is open from 10:00-14:00 and from 17:00-22:00 (due to the public quiet hours), sunbeds are free and guests can consume their own drinks and food by the pool. Guests are provided with 9l of bottled water every day.
Following the main road Poligiros – Agios Nikolaos, after turning to enter Metamorfosi, continue ahead towards Nikiti for another 380m until you see the road sign for turning to Makis House on the right side.

The apartments that are located in the Makis House villa in Halkidiki, do not offer only a warm family environment, but also tranquillity of the surrounding nature and the proximity to the Metamorfosi beach (only 250m away).
They are ideal for individuals, couples, groups and families with children that'd enjoy their holiday in a relaxing and fun environment that, with facilities offered to them and their children.
Apartments are equipped with a kitchen with basic appliances, bathroom with a shower, TV, A/C and WiFi internet. All rooms have direct access to the balcony and outside the house, there's a playground for children, swimming pool, barbecue area and free parking place.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, zainteresovan za smeštaj u prvoj polovini jula za 2 odraslih i 2 dece(15 i 10 godina), da li su slobodni apartmani i na kom spratu se nalaze?

Vila je na odličnoj lokaciji, sa lepim dvorištem i parkingom. Vlasnici su veoma ljubazni i uslužni, sve pohvale. Smeštaj je čist i uredan sa svim potrebnim stvarima. Čišćenje, kao i zamena posteljine i peškira je svakog četvrtog dana.

Upravo se vraćamo iz Grčke, iz predivnog Metamorfozisa i još boljeg smeštaja - Makis house 18.07. - 29.07.2022. Apsolutno prezadovoljni uslovima i uslugom. Apartman prostran i kompletno opremljen.Čist i uredan, posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na 3 dana + čišćenje . Čak su nam i obuću slagali po veličini Prijatno iznenađenje od divne gazdarice Sofije, pun tanjir grčkih krofnica Dvorište prelepo,puno zelenila,bazen odličan i čist. Flaširana voda,toalet papir,tečnost za sudove,sunđer i krpa obezbeđeni.Posuđe i escajg maltene novi. Po drugi put smo u Metamorfozisu i sigurno se vraćamo opet. Hvala Sofia Haristo

Proveli smo prelepih 10 dana u ovoj vili- jul 2022. Smestaj odlican, vlasnici se trude da se osecate kao u svojoj kuci, vise nego ljubazni. Iako u cenu nije uracunat dorucak, na svakih nekoliko dana smo za dorucak dobili specijalitet predivne Sofije, bilo sta da vam zatreba uvek je tu, ili Sofija ili njen suprug. Smestaj izuzetno cist, posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na svaka 3 dana, sve se detaljno ocisti! Obezbedjena voda, svaki dan 9l, toalet papir obezbedjen, u kuhinji imate sve sto vam je potrebno. Prelepo dvoriste sa malim igralistem za decu. Bazen cist, svaki dan se cisti. Parking obezbedjen unutar dvorista. Pravi mali raj. Mir, tisina, za odmor idealno. Svaki nas dolazak na Sitoniju, obavezno ovde dolazimo!

Ocu da rezervisem dvosobni apartman od 03.08 do 13.08. 2 odrasla i 2 dece od 12 i 6 godina. Izlaze mi dve opcije. 900e i 950. Koja je razlika? Na kom su spratu apartmani i kakav je pogled sa terase. Hvala.
