The accommodation is exceedingly satisfactory; this is our second time vacationing in the same establishment, which I consider the highest praise when something is repeated. Of course, everything depends on expectations, but in relation to the price, everything is acceptable.

We were accommodated on the ground floor, where it was quiet and pleasant for sleeping, despite the highway above. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, and the owner changes the bed linens and towels every three days. The air conditioning is excellent, although we didn't use it much since it was cool at night. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modern, but the kitchen is very narrow and poorly equipped. Only one burner on the stove was functional. We had just one deep plate and a large pot, but no frying pan. I had to request a dish drainer and a trash can, which they brought to me. All the little things like toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, and trash bags must be purchased by you, as they were not provided. There is an option to use the summer kitchen and barbecue. There are no supermarkets nearby, so you need to drive, but it’s only a 2-minute drive. If you are staying on the ground floor, all rooms share a spacious yard, but there is little intimacy. If you wish to isolate yourself from others, I recommend seeking accommodation on the upper floor. Parking is available both at the accommodation and on the street in front. Unfortunately, the swings for children shown in the pictures are not present. The young owner speaks English, while the older one does not. The price is commensurate with what is offered. We felt comfortable.

The accommodation is modest yet reasonable for the price.

The owner is cultured and refined, and the accommodation is more or less as depicted in the pictures. It has everything necessary for those few days of vacation. Initially, we intended to arrive by bus, and we are fortunate we didn’t, as nothing is really close from this accommodation, and you must drive everywhere. When we made the reservation, it stated that it was 50m from the beach, but that beach, which is supposedly 50m away, is nothing special, and we didn’t visit it even once. A commendation for the fact that the air conditioning is included, which meant a lot to us. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, and we truly enjoyed it.

A beautiful location for a family vacation, the sea is just 30 meters away. The stunning view from the terrace provides complete relaxation. The staff is extremely friendly, everything is tidy and clean, and there is a spacious yard with parking. Of course, the advantage is that we can prepare our own barbecue in the yard. 😊

The owner is exceptionally kind. The studio is in decent condition, although it is quite modest in size, which was to be expected, we managed to settle in comfortably. I noticed that all the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is very lovely, and everything looks just like the photos on the website. Access to the accommodation from the road is not very well marked; one needs to turn into a street, and then enter a parking lot that has a steep incline. Additionally, exiting the parking lot must be done in reverse (there is not enough space to turn the car around), so drivers need to be skillful. It seems to me that walking to Neos Marmaras is impractical, as a good part of the route must be taken along the highway (it is not safe for pedestrians), so one must definitely go by car. The beach right in front of the accommodation is about 50 meters away and is almost always empty because it is not maintained; there is a lot of grass on the beach itself, and sea urchins can also be seen in the water. When you move a little to the left (about 200m), there is a more organized beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas. All in all, we are satisfied; this place does not hold us back, and we will be moving from beach to beach in the area.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable, the linens and towels are ironed and spotless. There is always hot water, and the water pressure is excellent. The terrace is spacious with a view of the sea, and the beach is just a hundred meters away from the house. The landlady is a true force of nature, highly recommended! A perfect score of ten. We stayed in studio number 7.

The location was ideal for our family. We were delighted with the beach located right below the accommodation. We enjoyed the sunsets. From this location, we easily visited all the surrounding places: Nikiti, Paradiso, Neos Marmaras, Toroni... Our wonderful hostess was exceptionally kind and unobtrusive. It was very important for us to have parking, and the courtyard is spacious, allowing all guests to park without any issues. The price-to-quality ratio met our expectations. 😊

Regarding the furniture, everything is as depicted in the pictures, but the space is quite cramped. The kitchen is poorly equipped; there is a stove that takes 20 minutes to brew a single cup of coffee, and God forbid you want to fry something quickly, it takes over an hour. There was one frying pan that has started to corrode, at least in apartment no. 4. We were without water in the toilet tank for nine days, and there was no water in the evenings, so when you return from the beach around 8 PM, you have no water for a shower, which only comes after 11 PM.

An excellent accommodation for travelers who are driving and seek tranquility with a view of the sea. All praises!

We stayed at the end of July. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea. During the night, air conditioning was not necessary, allowing for a pleasant sleep. An excellent location, away from the city's hustle, offering tranquility while still being close enough to the center. Additionally, it is near beautiful beaches, including the town beach in Neos Marmaras. However, a car is necessary to explore all these attractions. The accommodation itself is very good, tidy, and clean, featuring a spacious terrace with a stunning sea view (on the upper floor). The hostess is kind and unobtrusive, yet always ready to assist if needed. A fantastic balance of price and quality.

For me, this location is excellent, very close to the city yet not crowded, offering a peaceful neighborhood for serene mornings and evenings. The proximity to Lagomandra, Kovie, and other beautiful beaches is a significant advantage. However, the kitchen is quite small, and there is a lack of cups and plates relative to the number of guests staying in the apartment. The refrigerator is also rather small. Cleanliness is acceptable. The air conditioning unit from the neighboring apartment is on your terrace, and since the hose is broken, it drips onto the terrace. The insect screen needs to be fixed, as it is terribly tight, and ours was even torn, because if you don't hold it, it slams shut loudly enough for everyone in the accommodation to hear. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is good.

We had a wonderful vacation. We spent 12 days in an excellent accommodation with a view of the sea. We swam at the nearest organized beach, spending long hours in the water, so we would return to our accommodation right after swimming. The entrance is pebbly, while the sea has sand, and even at a distance, there are places where one can stand. The sea was beautiful, clear, never more so. One day we went to Lagomandra beach, which is also lovely, but quite crowded with bathers.

We stayed at this accommodation at the end of August. The place is clean, and the owner is friendly and eager to respond to any request immediately. The double studio we used is more than a bit cramped. The bathroom door cannot be fully opened as it hits the sink, and when you open the wardrobe, there is no passage through the room. The terrace door must remain closed to open the refrigerator. The refrigerator has a compartment, and there is an insect net on the terrace door. The bathroom is very small, and the shower lacks a curtain, so everything gets wet when you shower: the floor, the toilet, the towels. The sewage system constantly smells, especially at night. Occasionally, there was no hot water, which we attributed to a drop in pressure. The bedding and towels were changed on the seventh day. The studio has a lovely spacious terrace with a view of the sea. The internet is generally good. There is a covered kitchen in the yard, which is quite spacious with several tables. We did not use it, but those who did found it to be quite noisy late into the night. The rest of the yard is reasonably maintained, with one table and a garden swing. The children's playground shown in the photos does not exist. The accommodation has parking space, but if the house is full of guests, it can be lacking in spots. The house is positioned next to the main road and can be quite noisy at night. The location is excellent for those arriving by car, just 4 km to Lagomandra and 2 km to Neos. It is not suitable for those who do not come by car. We would recommend the agency to update the photos.

Silence, peace, the courtyards, streets, and houses exude the fragrance of fir, almond, and linden! In the evening, whispers can be heard from the neighboring terrace, just so you know that you are not alone! The hosts do not impose. In the vicinity, everything needed is available, with water always on hand. Nearby is a beach with the warmest water, suitable for non-swimmers and children.

We were accommodated in studio number 8 on the first floor. The lodging is furnished with older furniture, but it is acceptable. The air conditioning worked properly. In the courtyard, there is space to park 6-7 cars, while other guests parked along the street, which is not too busy. There are no swings for children in the courtyard. The nearby beach is suitable for experienced swimmers and adults for diving, but not for children. It is best to drive with children to the city beach in NM and Lagomandre; it's worth setting off in the morning as finding parking becomes difficult after 10 AM.

I highly recommend it.

An excellent and gracious hostess.

An excellent small studio, equipped with air conditioning, clean, with towels and bed linens changed every 5 days. From the first floor, there is a view of the sea. Parking is available either in the courtyard or in front of the building, and Lagomandra is just a 5-minute drive away... On the other side, it's only 3 minutes to Lidl and Neos... In the courtyard, there are benches and tables in the shade, as well as an additional large communal refrigerator. This year, there were no swings for children, but instead, there was more space for hide-and-seek and ball games... The beach is 2 minutes away, with large stones in the water and grass, so it’s not suitable for the faint-hearted, but just 5 minutes down the beach to the left, there is sand (check it out on Google Earth). Moreover, this area is so peaceful that we left our belongings on the beach (tires and toys) overnight. Highly recommended for an affordable yet excellent accommodation. The price corresponds to the offer provided by the accommodation. We were settled in a double studio of smaller size, featuring a large terrace with a view of the sea, allowing you to hear the waves early in the morning. Although the accommodation is next to a main road, just 1.2 km from Neos Marmaras, it is not noisy and does not disturb sleep. The nearest beach (40 m) from the house, in my opinion, is unusable, but the beach located 300-400 m away is pleasant, with exceptionally warm water and a sandy bottom, which we used for afternoon swimming. In the direction of Nikiti, there are at least five excellent beaches in Sithonia, within a distance of up to 12 km (Spathies, Koviou, Kalogria, Lagomandara...); The opposite shore begins with Livrohio beach, and 1 km from it is the excellent Lagonisi (25 km from the house). Neos is close enough, yet far enough for those wishing to escape the noise.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable, the yard is spacious, the price is affordable, and the landlady is extremely kind.

The owners are extremely kind. The accommodation is modest, yet impeccably clean. It is situated on the main road, close to the city, but still outside its boundaries. One can easily walk to the supermarket and bakery (approximately 1 km along the main road, without a sidewalk). The beach is nearby (100 m), but there are significantly better options in the vicinity.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation in every respect. It is affordable and offers a splendid view of the sea. Just a minute's walk away, you will find a beach that shares the same name, where the first part features shallow waters, while the second part boasts pristine sand. We utilized this beach for our afternoon relaxation, enjoying perfect sunsets, while in the morning we explored nearby beaches, all within a ten-kilometer radius, and there are indeed plenty to suit every taste. The landlady is kind, unobtrusive, yet always available when needed (she procured their homemade cipuro for us at a reasonable price).

An ideal place for exploring all of Sithonia and its beaches by car. It is a great pity that the Paradisos beach, which is in close proximity, cannot be accessed on foot. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, cutlery, and cleaning supplies. Towels and bed linens in a seven-day arrangement are changed upon request.

The Keramaria double studio on the second floor is outstanding. Everything is clean, tidy, and new, and from the terrace, you have a view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets. The rooms are regularly cleaned, and towels are changed every five days. I give my highest recommendation.

This year, we stayed in this villa for the first time. Unlike previous years, the apartment was considerably smaller. We were accommodated on the ground floor in a studio with four beds, which also included a sink and a stove. The yard is beautiful and spacious. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the villa, but we often went to other nearby beaches. There were days when all the apartments were full, so we didn't have hot water, which would come later. The hosts are kind and welcoming. You need to drive to reach the nearest market. The accommodation is worth the price.

I am still staying at the Keramarija apartments, and I can say that everything is extremely accurate and correctly described. The beach, like any other beach, has its rocky parts... but if you buy water shoes, there is no worry for you or the children... and the water is always warmer than at other beaches.

We vacationed at the Keramaria accommodation from June 29 to July 9. We rented one four-person studio and one two-person apartment. The apartments are clean, and everything stated in the description is accurate. They have mosquito nets and awnings on the terraces. The air conditioning works and is not charged. The internet is functional, with occasional glitches, but it recovers quickly. Bedding is changed upon request. The beach nearby is not impressive, but within a 15 km radius, there are at least five beaches, three of which are quite famous (Lagomandra, Koviou, and Kalogria). Additionally, the city beach in Neos Marmaras is excellent. The parking is spacious and accommodates everyone. We were extremely satisfied, especially regarding the price-quality ratio.

I am pleased with my choice of house. Every terrace, except for the ground floor, offers a view of the sea, and traffic from the main road is hardly audible. Each apartment is equipped with awnings, blinds, mosquito nets, curtains, and a clothes dryer; they truly thought of everything. The garden features several seating arrangements, providing ample space for all guests who wish to sit outside or if the barbecue is occupied. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute drive to Neos Marmaras, to the first entrance of the town. There is free parking nearby, and it takes the same amount of time to walk to the center. The sea is 100 meters away from the house, and while the beach is local, we found the water to be the warmest compared to the official beaches on the eastern side of Sithonia that we visited. All in all, we are satisfied with the house, the location, Sithonia, and the weather.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was good, everything was as described and shown in the pictures. The only drawback was the somewhat poor sewage system, which often resulted in an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything else was great and we are very satisfied. The accommodation is ideal for those who prefer not to be confined to a single location. It is exclusively for individuals with their own transportation, and there are beautiful beaches nearby. The owners are warm and accommodating. The apartments are clean, and the bedding can be changed upon request. Parking for vehicles is available in the courtyard. The internet in the studios is decent, while it is excellent on the terraces.

The villa features a beautiful yard equipped with playgrounds and swings, along with several seating arrangements, a modest grill, and a lovely covered area with two large tables. There is a fairly large parking lot and several taps with long hoses. The ground floor rooms have a bit of dampness, giving off a musty smell. We booked a four-person apartment but received a three-person one with an extra bed (a folding armchair), even though the description states that there are two single beds in a bunk for children. The bedding change was not done, despite the description indicating it would occur every four days. The nearby beach is unusable, filled with sea urchins, making it unsuitable for children. Additionally, it is not well-maintained. The closest beach is Paradiso, a few kilometers away (you must drive to it), which is decent, but Lagomandra (3.5 km) is far better, boasting a beautiful pine park with ample shade. The beach itself consists of two parts, offering something for everyone, from shallow areas for children to deeper sections, as well as opportunities for diving, whether amateur or professional, at a diving club. The next beach worth visiting is Kalogria (about 15 km). In my opinion, it is the most beautiful beach in this western part of Sithonia, with crystal-clear turquoise water. It is a lovely beach, but you should arrive a bit earlier to secure parking. The city beach (about 3 km) of Neos Marmaras did not appeal to me, partly due to the crowd and partly because of the strange greenish color of the sea. I recommend visiting Kalamitci beach (about 40 km), located on the other side, at the tip of the "finger." On the way there, you have a beautiful view of Athos, and the beach itself is the most beautiful on the right side near a small island.

We are thrilled with the accommodation! The air conditioning is included in the price and is highly functional. Our only suggestion is to bring your own pillows, as theirs are only 3 cm thick. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Wi-Fi is quite decent, although the signal is weaker in the rooms compared to the terrace. The terraces on the upper floor offer a beautiful view of the sea. Overall, it is very nice and tidy! WE RECOMMEND IT!
