Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Roula House belongs to the higher quality and more modern accommodations in the strict center of Neos Marmaras. It offers air-conditioned studios with sea views and apartments, with wireless internet, contemporary design, mosquito nets, TV, and equipped kitchens. The friendly owners are always at the guests' disposal.
Roula House is located on the second city square of Neos Marmaras, 470m away from the city beach. Nearby accommodations, there are shops, taverns, cafes.
The accommodation was built in 1975 and last renovated in 2018, so it is in very good condition. There are seven studios available: five for two people (2 Bed Studio) and two for two adults and one child (3 Bed Studio (2+1)), as well as three apartments – a smaller one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to three adults (2 Bed Apartment (2+1)), another one-bedroom apartment for up to four adults (4 Bed Apartment), and a larger two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to five adults (2 Bedroom Apartment).
The double studios feature a double bed. The triple studios have either: 1) two joined single beds and an extra bed, or 2) two joined single beds and an armchair. The studio kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stovetop, and necessary kitchenware. The bathrooms have a shower tray. Some units have a glass shower screen, while others have a curtain.
The apartments are located on the second floor and were renovated in 2014 into high-quality, aesthetically cohesive, and very comfortable units, featuring leather furniture, modern kitchens, and televisions. The smaller apartment (2+1) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa for one person. The four-bed apartment has one separate bedroom and an additional sleeping area divided by a curtain, which contains one standard double bed and one slightly narrower double bed. The larger apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa for one person.
All units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen, and bathroom, and the apartments are also equipped with a hairdryer. Private terraces have clothes dryers and seating sets. Guests can request a baby cot at no extra charge. Bed linen and towels are changed after five nights for stays of ten nights. For shorter stays, the replacement of bed linen and towels is arranged with the owners.
The accommodation does not have a garden, but only a raised stone area in front of the entrance with seating. There is no private parking, but a free parking space can be found in front of the accommodation or in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Roula House is very easy to find - just reach the second square and the Alcano tavern, then go right up the street and you will be in front of Roula accommodation in 30 meters. In the ground floor of the building, there is a private foreign language school.
If you are in need of high-quality and very comfortable accommodation in the center of the town, Roula House could be an excellent choice for you.
