Description
Roula House belongs to the higher quality and more modern accommodations in the strict center of Neos Marmaras. It offers air-conditioned studios with sea views and apartments, with wireless internet, contemporary design, mosquito nets, TV, and equipped kitchens. The friendly owners are always at the guests' disposal.
Roula House is located on the second city square of Neos Marmaras, 470m away from the city beach. Nearby accommodations, there are shops, taverns, cafes.
The accommodation was built in 1975 and last renovated in 2018, so it is in very good condition. It offers seven studios, five for two persons (2 Bed Studio) and two for two persons and a child (3 Bed Studio (2+1)), as well as three apartments - one smaller with one bedroom for a maximum of two adults and one child (2 Bed Apartment (2+1)), one for up to four adults and a child (4 Bed Apartment (4+1)), and a larger one with two bedrooms for five people (2 Bedroom Apartment).
Double studios have a double bed. Triple studios have either 1) two attached single beds and an extra bed 2) two attached single beds and a chair. Kitchenettes in the studios are equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove, and necessary utensils. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Some units have a glass partition, while others have a curtain.
The apartments are on the second floor and were renovated in 2014 into high-quality accommodation units, aesthetically harmonized and very comfortable, with leather furniture, modern kitchens, and televisions. The smaller apartment (2+1) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The four-bed apartment has a separate bedroom and features one standard double bed and one narrower double bed. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms. One room has a standard double bed, and the other has a narrower double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
All units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen, and bathroom, and the apartments are also equipped with a hairdryer. Private terraces have clothes dryers and seating sets. Guests can request a baby cot at no extra charge. Bed linen and towels are changed after five nights for stays of ten nights. For shorter stays, the replacement of bed linen and towels is arranged with the owners.
The accommodation does not have a courtyard, only a raised stone area in front of the entrance with seating sets, and it has three parking spaces. Due to the limited number of spaces, owners advise guests to park their cars in the public parking lot near the school, a hundred meters from the accommodation.
Roula House is very easy to find - just reach the second square and the Alcano tavern, then go right up the street and you will be in front of Roula accommodation in 30 meters. In the ground floor of the building, there is a private foreign language school.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Postovani, Da li imate smestajne jedinice od 17.07. do 23.07. ? Potrebne su nam dve smestajne jedinice. Za jednu porodicu je potreban jedan francuski lezaj i jedan samac,a za drugu porodicu samo francuski lezaj. Da li je udaljenost od plaze tacna? Obe porodice imaju malu decu. Srdacan pozdrav!
