Roula House is a modern and quality accommodation in the centre of Neos Marmaras. It has air-conditioned studios with a sea view and apartments, with wireless internet, modern design, mosquito nets, TV, equipped kitchens. Kind owners are always at your service.

Roula House is located in the second central city square in Neos Marmaras, in about 470m from the city beach. Close to the accommodation you can find many shops, tavernas, bars.

Accommodation was built in 1975 and last renovated in 2018, so it's in a very good condition. It consists of seven studios, five of them is for two persons (2 Bed Studio) and two is for two persons and a child (3 Bed Studio (2+1)), as well as three apartments - one of them with one separate bedroom for max four adults and one child (4 Bed Apartment (4+1)), and two apartments with two separate bedrooms for five persons (5 Bed Apartment).

Studios for two have a double bed. Three-bed studios have either 1) double bed and extra bed 2) two single beds and an extra bed, 3) double bed and sofa. Kitchens in studios are equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer, a hot plate, and necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower cabin, and all the studios have also air conditioning and TV. They are modernly furnished and well equipped.

Apartments are located on the second floor, and in 2014 they were renovated into high-quality accommodation units, aesthetically harmonious and very comfortable, with leather furniture, modern kitchens and TV sets. The smaller apartment (4+1) has a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed. Quintuple apartments have two bedrooms. The first apartment has two double beds, while the second one has one king-size double bed, a standard double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen and the bathroom, while hairdryers are provided only in the apartments.
On private terraces there are seating sets and tumble dryers.
Guests can get a baby cot on request, free of charge.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after five nights, for ten nights or longer stays. In the case of shorter stays, the change of linen and towels is done by agreement with the owners.

Accommodation does not have a yard, except a little stone part in front of the entrance with a sitting set, and it has only three parking places. Due to the limited number of places, the owners advise guests to park their cars at public parking near the school, in about 100m from the accommodation.

You will find Roula House very easy - from the big Alcano Tavern at the second square, just go to the street right and in about 30m you will be in front of the accommodation. On the ground floor there is a private school of foreign languages.

House Roula is located in the central city square of Neos Marmaras. It's at 30m from the sea and about 150m from the city sandy beach. It offers air-conditioned accommodation, courtyard with garden furniture and free WiFi internet.

Rooms and a studio on the ground floor have wooden furniture, a mini-bar and a TV, while some of them have a small kitchen.

Double rooms no. 1-4 have a balcony and a sea view. They're equipped with a TV, wardrobe, laundry dryer and air conditioning. Each room has a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Rooms have free internet and a satellite TV, they're soundproof and floors are tiled or marble. All rooms have two single beds.

Double rooms no. 5 and no. 6 have no balcony or a sea view. They're equipped with TV, wardrobe, laundry dryer, fridge and air conditioning. Each room has a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Rooms have free internet and a satellite TV, they're soundproof and floors are tiled or marble. All rooms have two single beds.

Studio no. 7, with a sea view, was renovated in 2014. It consists of a bedroom with one double bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed. Each room has a HDTV, air conditioning, seating furniture, wardrobe, laundry dryer, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a small kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. Rooms have heating, free internet, satellite TV and access to the balcony. The rooms are soundproof and have a marble floor.

Apartment no. 8, with a large veranda, was renovated in 2014. It has two separate bedrooms (each with one double bed) and a small living room with one sofa bed. Each room has a HDTV, air conditioning, seating furniture, wardrobe, laundry dryer, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a small kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. Rooms have heating, free internet, satellite TV and access to the balcony. The rooms are soundproof and have a marble floor.

Apartment no. 9 was renovated in 2014. It has two bedrooms, with a leather bed, or overlooking the sea. The apartment has a small kitchen, a living room and a dining room with a dining table. Each room has HD TV, air conditioning, seating furniture, sofa, wardrobe, laundry dryer, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a small kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery. Rooms have heating, free internet, satellite TV and access to the balcony. The rooms are soundproof and have a marble floor. In the bedrooms, there's one large double bed and a standard double bed.

In the immediate vicinity of Roula House, there are taverns serving local specialities. The bus station is about 50m away.
