Roula House belongs to the higher quality and more modern accommodations of Neos Marmaras in the very center of town. It has air-conditioned studios with sea view and apartments, with wireless internet, modern design, mosquito nets, TV, and equipped kitchens. Friendly owners are always at the guests’ service.

Roula House is located on the second city square of Neos Marmaras, 470m from the city beach. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are shops, taverns, cafes.

The accommodation was built in 1975, and was last renovated in 2018, so it is in very good condition. There are seven studios on offer, five of which are for two people (2 Bed Studio) and two for two people and a child (3 Bed Studio), as well as three apartments - one smaller with one bedroom for up to three adults (3 Bed Apartment), then another apartment with one bedroom for up to four adults (4 Bed Apartment) and one larger apartment with two bedrooms for up to five adults (2 Bedroom Apartment).

Double studios have a double bed or two joined single beds (No. 103 and 104). Two studies, no. 101 and 102 are slightly smaller than the other two-bed studios. Unit number 107 has a view of the street, and the other studios have a partial view of the sea. Triple studios have either 1) two joined single beds and an extra bed 2) two joined single beds and an armchair. The studios for three people have a balcony at the back, so they face another building. The terraces are decorated with plants, so guests have the impression of being in their own private garden. The balconies are partly divided by a glass screen, so guests can have privacy. The kitchens of all studios are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, and the necessary dishes. The bathrooms have a shower. Some accommodation units have a glass screen, and some have a curtain.

The apartments are on the second floor, and in 2014 they were renovated into high-quality accommodation units, aesthetically harmonious and very comfortable, with leather furniture, modern kitchens and televisions. The apartment for three people has a separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa for one person. The four-bed apartment has one separate bedroom and another sleeping area that is separated by a curtain and has one double bed and one narrower than standard double bed. The larger apartment has two bedrooms. In both bedrooms there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person.

All accommodation units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom, and the apartments also have a hair dryer. The apartment for four people, as well as the apartment with two bedrooms, have an air conditioner and a TV in each room. There are clothes dryers and sofas on the private terraces.

Guests can get a cot for a baby on request, at no extra charge.

Bed linen and towels are changed after five nights for stays of ten nights. In the case of a shorter stay, bed linen and towels are changed by agreement with the owners.

The accommodation does not have a yard, but only a raised stone area in front of the entrance with seating. There is no private parking, but a free parking space can be found in front of the accommodation or in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Roula House is very easy to find - come to the second square and the Alcano tavern, from it just go down the street to the right and in 30m you will be in front of Roula accommodation. There is a private foreign language school on the ground floor of the building.

Very good location, in the very center. It is about 5 minutes to the beginning of the city beach. There is parking in front of the accommodation. The hosts are very kind.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
