Hotel Description

On the hill in famous Neos Marmaras, at the corner of busy streets, there is Alexandros Studio. It is one and only accommodation unit, completely separated and isolated, so it provides a sense of privacy to its guests. Studio is renovated and nicely decorated, bright rooms are clean, comfortable and tidy.

Only 300m away are sea and the port, post office, banks, variety of restaurants, caffes, taverns, pizzeria, pastry shop, bakery, shops and markets. The closest beach is at 400m, but it is unorganized, small and rocky. Long, sandy, city beach is 1km far away, while beach in Paradisos is little bit closer, but we would recommend going there by car if you are not fan of walking. Only 100m away is a market Smile, but there are also other market nearby.

Capacity of studio (60m2) is four persons. It is consisted of a living room which looks towards the sea, little bit separated kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Studio is equipped with a dining table, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, wardrobe, double bed and sofa with a drawer bed, dimensions of a single bed. Kitchen has a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as necessary dishes and cutlery. In the bathroom there is a shower tray. Balcony exists only in front of the accommodation and it is space fenced by the wall, where are a sitting set and a drying rack. Since it is on the street, it doesn’t offer peace, but it can be interesting because the place itself is very dynamic.

Courtyard and private parking do not exist, but you can park on the street in front of accommodation.

The easiest way to reach the accommodation is to continue straight when you enter Neos Marmaras from the direction of Nikiti and after 300m, you will see the accommodation.

Alexandros Studio is recommended for the guests who prefer live location, vicinity of the city center, asphalt and city noise.

Excellent accommodation. Spacious. You can even see the sea, despite being at the very top of the city. The four of us enjoyed this holiday and the lodging.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
