Marias Home in Neos Marmaras can be a great choice for couples or large families who prefer modern and nicely decorated accommodation, close to the shops and the beach (the city beach is only 50m away). The accommodation is new, in excellent condition, with spacious terraces and air-conditioned accommodation units with internet and kitchen. It offers two double studios and one sextuple apartment.

The accommodation is located just 50m from the city beach in Neos Marmaras, a step away from shops and pharmacies, and 550m from the central city square.

In the offer are three brand new accommodation units built in 2018 - two double studios and one sextuple apartment.

Double studio Marias House is located on the front side, it has one double bed, air conditioning, plasma TV, refrigerator with freezer compartment and an equipped kitchenette with hotplates, electric kettle and necessary dishes. The bathroom is nice, modernly equipped and with a shower cabin. Double studio Marias Home is located on the back side, it has one double bed, air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen is equipped little bit better here, it has a modern oven and a large fridge and it is slightly divided from the sleeping area (not by the door). Each studio have a private terrace with sitting furniture.

Sexptuple apartment George has two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double, i.e. two single beds and two bunk beds. The kitchen is on a spacious terrace, equipped with hotplates, electric kettle and a fridge. There are a bath tub and washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment has the largest terrace, which is covered and it has a sitting set, dining table and a partial sea view.

There is no courtyard and public parking is about 180m away (on the street along the beach).

At the beginning of the city beach, near the stadium, you will notice the Naval cafe. Follow the street above it for about 30m, until you see Marias Home on the left.

Considering that the accommodation is near the city stadium and in the vicinity of the busy street, we recommend it to dynamic guests who are not bothered too much by noise and who above all appreciate a good location and vicinity of the beach.

The accommodation is excellent, very clean, tidy, and everything looks just like in the pictures. The owner is a wonderful woman, coming every third day to clean the studio and change the linens.
