A phenomenal accommodation, located in the most beautiful spot of Neos Marmaras, featuring incredible food and exceptionally hospitable hosts. I usually do not revisit vacation spots, but they simply compel you to return.

The location is exceptional. It is literally on the beach. The restaurant is right below the room, and the food is excellent. The apartments could be a bit larger, but they have everything necessary. The owners are wonderful, especially the elderly landlord. Parking is free, conveniently located next to the accommodation, and within 200 meters to the left and right, there are bakeries, shops, and restaurants.

The owners are exceptionally kind, family-oriented individuals. The accommodation is comfortable, well-maintained, featuring a spacious terrace and beautifully furnished. It is located in a tranquil part of town, across from a lovely city beach, while the city center is just a ten-minute walk away. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the building, with parking available in the courtyard next to the villa. Truly commendable!

The nearest location to the city beach features an excellent family restaurant within the accommodation. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The modern lodging is designed in a traditional style, offering a view of the sea and shaded areas.

After 26 years, our first vacation without the kids was a resounding success thanks to our choice of location and accommodation. Blue Maris is a tavern located on the city beach of Neos Marmarosa, with upstairs accommodations featuring rooms designed to modern standards (meaning, it’s not like what we were used to with Greek apartments and studios). It’s very easy to reach if you don’t turn into the town; instead, just before leaving Neos, take a right and descend to the city beach – you’ll literally be at the tavern’s parking lot in 3 minutes. The parking area has some trees, allowing you to park in the shade. The hosts are incredibly kind, especially Jorgos, who quickly settled us into our room. The price includes a very decent breakfast, and regarding other meals, the prices are in line with others, so we mostly dined at the tavern, enjoying the obligatory breeze and scents from the sea. The city plaza across from the tavern is excellent; the area in front of the tavern is free of sunbeds and umbrellas, but to the left towards Porto Caras, there are several bars where you can spend the entire day on a well-maintained beach for just 1-2 purchases. You can reach the center in 8-15 minutes, depending on whether you take the path along the sea or cut through the hilly streets; in any case, it’s great for a stroll, far from the constant hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are air-conditioned, very clean, and towels and linens are changed every 5 days. In essence, I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and tavern from someone who said a decade ago that they would never vacation in Neos Marmarasa.

Charming accommodation near the beach, friendly hosts, and delicious food.

I certainly want to tell you that everything was beautiful. The people who own the restaurant and accommodation are very kind. They welcomed us as if we had known each other for years. The accommodation was just like in the pictures, which met our expectations. The food they prepare in the restaurant was more than excellent, incredibly tasty, and the price was completely reasonable (considering we visited a few other restaurants in the city where we paid much more and didn’t get food nearly as delicious as at Blue Maris). As for the beach, I think it’s enough to say that it is located right across from the restaurant. Thank you, we truly enjoyed ourselves. I hope to see you again next year.

This was our first time vacationing in Sithonia, and the location of the accommodation was ideal for exploring the peninsula; close to the town yet peaceful and quiet, with always available parking. The room was modernly and tastefully decorated, sufficiently comfortable, with exceptional hygiene (the bedding was changed and thoroughly cleaned twice in ten days). Just a few meters from the beach, which, to be honest, should be avoided - narrow and crowded in some areas, but clean. The owner was extremely kind, as was the entire staff. All measures against the current virus were respected. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant with very delicious food and reasonable prices (moderate noise during dinner, no later than 11-12 PM). The breakfast was decent, considering the size of the guesthouse, quite varied. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend it.

I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! The staff is exceptionally kind, and the food in the restaurant is exquisite – nothing but praise. Upon our arrival in Neos Marmaras, the hosts greeted us with coffee and water to refresh us after our journey. They engaged in conversation with us and then showed us the accommodation, which looks just like in the pictures. Everything is new; the property was completely renovated three years ago and looks perfect. The accommodation price also includes breakfast and private parking (which is very important during peak season, as there is nowhere to park in Neos, especially if you wish to explore the beaches of Sithonia; returning to Neos can be a headache when it comes to parking). As for breakfast, there are six dishes on the menu, so everyone can find something to their liking – all dishes are delicious. Regarding the location, the beach is only about thirty steps away, and the nearest beach bars are a maximum of fifty meters away. It takes about ten minutes of leisurely walking to reach the center, and only five minutes to the nearest shops. If you decide to come to Neos Marmaras, you should definitely consider this place. If you wish to make a reservation, you can do so through Nikana. However, even if you do not stay here, be sure to stop by for lunch or dinner – you won't regret it!

Our rooms were cleaned twice over the course of ten days, and each time we received fresh towels. The beach is located just across from the apartments, while reaching the center takes a bit longer, which is not a problem since you walk alongside the sea the entire time. What is particularly significant is that you have secured parking, which is a major issue in this area. The breakfast consists of six dishes, and you can choose from the menu what you prefer; mainly, it includes eggs prepared in various ways, sweet pancakes, and Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts. Additionally, you can choose whether you want coffee, freshly squeezed juice, or water. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

The accommodation is truly perfect. We have no complaints whatsoever; it is situated in an ideal location right next to the beach with a view of the sea, yet secluded from the city noise. A lovely accommodation just a step away from the beach. A terrace with a view of the sea. The accommodation only has a refrigerator (there is no kitchen)... on the ground floor, there is a restaurant. The room is small but very nicely decorated, with plenty of details. Breakfast is included in the price (which was literally the same every morning). There is ample parking. The center of Neos Marmaras is within walking distance. The landlady is a kind and capable woman... always available for assistance.
