Description
The Red Gecko Coastal Villa is located on the coast near the center of Neos Marmaras, on a pretty quiet location close to the Paradisos area. The accommodation is comfortable and spacious, solidly equipped and well-maintained. On the rooftop terrace with spectacular view of the Aegean Sea guests can sunbathe, enjoy and socialize, while small number of accommodation units provide them a sense of privacy.
City beach is 1.5km away, while the Paradisos Beach is about a 500m away from the accommodation. The city center is about 650m away, and within walking distance there are numerous restaurants, bars, taverns, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and shops that are open until late.
In the offer is one two-level apartment (about 70m2) which can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a dining area and an equipped kitchen (mini-oven, hotplates, large refrigerator with freezer, frape mixer, dishes and utensils) and a spacious balcony (equipped with sitting set and laundry drying rack) on the lower level, as well as two bedrooms and bathroom on the upper level. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom is new and with a glass shower cabin.
The rooms are air-conditioned and bright. The accommodation has a TV, internet access and a hairdryer. Clean bed linen and towels are available, and also a baby cot is available on request.
Yard is fenced and surrounded by lots of greenery, and there guests can use the barbecue. In front of the lower entrance there is a common parking space.
You will find this accommodation in the street above the Marmaras Hotel, and the best way to come is to turn off the main road (from Nikiti) on the first entrance to Neos Marmaras.
If you are looking for a decent and comfortable accommodation with sea view near the city center - Red Gecko Coastal Villa might be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
