Hotel Description

Livadiotis Apartments is located in the city center and in the most attractive part of Neos Marmaras. It is well-maintained and tidy accommodation, decent and modest equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property is located on the coast, next to a small old harbour, and between two central city squares. The city beach is about 500m away, while beach in Paradisos area is 2km away. In the immediate vicinity there are many pastry shops, pizzerias, fast-food restaurants, taverns, coffee bars, supermarkets and stores.

All four apartments (35m2) for rent are very similar - two on the 2nd and two on the 4th floor, with street or mountain view, and they can accommodate up to three persons. Apartments consist of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (mini-stove, large fridge with freezer, all needed dishes and utensils), as well as a separate bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom is with shower tray and curtain.

All accommodation units have a TV and air conditioning, internet access, mosquito nets and covered balconies equipped with sitting sets and laundry drying racks. Bed linen and towels are replaced after five nights, and baby cot is not available.

The accommodation does not have a yard, but free public parking space is available in front of the property.

The location is excellent, the accommodation is satisfactory, but there is a lack of utensils. The landlord seems uninterested.

The accommodation is excellent, with a fantastic location in the center, ensuring peace and quiet. It has everything you need. The owner is friendly and attentive.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
