Our description
Thetis Boutique Apartments is a newly built accommodation close to the beach, next to the stadium in Neos Marmaras. The spacious and bright accommodation units are tastefully furnished with new, modern and quality furniture. Outstanding location, luxurious design and friendly staff promise to fulfill the expectations of the most demanding visitors.
The city beach is at about 100m away, while the Paradissos beach is about 2km away. The square and the city center with a rich tourist offer and a large selection of restaurants, cafes, taverns, pizzerias, pastry shops, bakeries, grocery stores, boutiques and shops, are about 300-400m away
In the offer are nine accommodation units on the ground floor, first and second floor (higher floors are also accessible by elevator) - four double studios (about 24m2), three triple studios (about 25m2) and two apartments (about 40m2).
The double studios have one double bed and they can be either with a sea view (203 and 304), street view (301), or adapted for disabled persons (101 - also with a street view). Triple studios have one double and a sofa bed, and a sea view (202 and 303) or street view (102). Apartments (201 and 302) have two balconies (one with a sea view and other on the side of the building) and two bathrooms, one double bed in the bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed.
All accommodation units are equipped with a kitchenette with a ceramic hob and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, they're soundproof, with satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet, safe box, mosquito nets, hairdryer, closets and a bathroom with a modern shower and toiletries. A baby cot and playpen are available upon request. Maintenance and cleaning are done every day, and bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
There's no smoking nor frying meat or seafood in the accommodation units.
The reception is open from 7:00-00:00, and within it, there's the luggage storage room.
The price includes breakfast served in the room from 08:00 to 10:00 in the morning (time desired by the guests).
Like most accommodations on this location, Thetis Boutique Apartments has neither a yard or a parking lot, so guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of it, or on a public parking lot (about 200 meters away). You can also park for free and without major problems around the stadium, next to which you will find this accommodation, in the street just above.

Thetis Boutique Apartments is the new accommodation located 50m from the central beach in Neos Marmaras, with the golden sand and the light-blue water. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and if you feel like swimming, you'll be there in no time.
The center is just 400m away, with bars, restaurants, souvenir and traditional art shops.
The rooms are spacious (24m2), luxuriously designed, with all the necessary amenities to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The young-aged staff are waiting to serve you as best as they can and advise on the surrounding area.
Frying, especially seafood, is not allowed!
Towels and sheets are replaced after three nights, or sooner upon request.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Thetis boutique apartment je bio odlican izbor.Lokacija apartmana je odlicna,odmah pored plaze.Vlasnici su jako prijatni i ljubazni i bili su nam od pomoci vezano za sve informacije koje smo im trazili. Dorucak je bio posluzivan u sobi,sto je bas inovativno i lepo organizovano.Svako jutro je bio razlicit uz mnogo zdravih namirnica i raznovrsnih. Soba je bila prostrana i veoma cista,i prelepa tarasa sa pogledom na moru. Veoma smo zadovoljni boravkom u ovom apartmanu i za svaku je preporuku! Hvala i vama jer smo preko vas jednostavno organizovali ovo putovanje!

Cisti se svakodnevno, menjanu peškiri svaki dan. Osoblje ljubazno, na raspolaganju ceo dan gostima. postoji lift za smeštaj na spratu. Prilaz za kolica što ne pamtim da sam video u nekom drugom Grčkom apartmanu.
