Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Filianna Apartments & Studios is a quality accommodation facility located in Nikiti, close to the central and most beautiful part of the city's sandy beach. In the beautifully landscaped yard, guests have at their disposal a well-maintained lawn, a barbecue, a summerhouse, deckchairs and sofas, as well as a secured parking space. The apartments are well and tastefully furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and hygiene is at a high level.
The accommodation is about 100 meters away from the beach, the Lidl discount store and the famous Masoutis chain supermarket are about 1km away from the property, while there are smaller shops a little closer - such as a grocery and a bakery, which are about 750m away. The facility is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, and the center of the town and most of the contents - the most popular bars, restaurants and events are about a 5-10 minute walk away.
There are a total of five units for rent - one apartment with a capacity for up to five people on the ground floor (the entrance is a few steps below the courtyard level), and four apartments with a capacity for up to four people - two on the upper ground floor (no. 1 and 2) and two on the first floor (no. 3 and 4).
The apartment on the ground floor (50m2) consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining room, as well as separate bedrooms. In the room with the kitchen there are two single beds (one of which has an additional pull-out bed), and in the bedroom there is a double bed. In front of the apartment there is a covered veranda equipped with seating.
The apartments on the upper ground floor and the first floor consist of a small living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed, as well as separate bedrooms equipped with a double bed. These apartments have standard balconies with seating and tumble dryers.
The kitchens of the accommodation units are fully equipped with a kettle, a mini-stove with an oven and a large fridge with a freezer, while the bathrooms have showers with glass partitions.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning, WiFi internet, and overlook the yard.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit themselves.
A baby cot is available on request, and the stay of pets is possible in agreement with the owners of the facility.
The yard is fenced and suitable for children to play, while adults can enjoy socializing and grilling in it, and an outdoor shower is also available.
Private parking is provided for all accommodation guests.
After the traffic lights in Nikiti (near the church), turn right from the main road and drive all the way to the beach. Then continue left along the beach, and you will find Filianna villa in the second street on the left after the Avra beach bar.
