**If you are looking for accommodation on an isolated and quiet location, close to Koviou Beach and Nikiti, Alexander Haus can be a great choice for you. It offers the air-conditioned studios for 2-4 people, with wireless internet, a nice and safe yard full of greenery and private parking, and it's a pet-friendly accommodation. **

The accommodation is just 270m from Koviu Beach and 5km from downtown Nikiti and Masutis Market.

All nine studios on the ground floor, on the first and second floor, are neatly and decently furnished. Between the first and second floor, there is an intermediate floor with two studios. On the top floor, between the two studios (one with partial sea view), there is a large common terrace. The studios are double, triple, triple for three adults and a child, and quadruple.

Double studios have one double or two single beds. Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. The triple studio for three adults and a child (no. 5) is located on the first floor and it has one double, one single and one extra bed. The quadruple studios have one double bed and two single beds. Due to the difference in surface area of ​​the quadruple studios, a baby cot may be added to some studios, and in some it may not fit.

The studios have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and necessary utensils, LCD TV, mosquito nets on windows and doors, bathroom with shower and a private terrace with seating area, awning and drying rack. The downstairs studios have an unfenced porch with table and chairs. If one of the guests needs a hairdryer, he can ask the owners. Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, are done after four nights. If the stay is less than 10 nights, bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.

Around the accommodation, there is plenty of greenery and a large yard with a section for children with swings and seesaws. In one of the summer houses, there is a barbecue and a small electric stove, and there is a tap nearby. The beach can be reached by a road below the highway, so it is safe for children. There is also a private parking lot with enough space for everyone.

As you drive along the main road towards Sarti, about 5km after Nikiti, on your right you will see a signboard with the inscription Alexander Haus.

The owners are very friendly, so Alexander Haus is recommended to anyone who does not care about luxury and to those who need accommodation that exudes peace and cleanliness.

Owners description

Alexander Haus rooms to let are located in Koviou Beach, on the 2nd throng of Halkidiki, Sithonia. Our accommodation is just 43km away from Moudania. All our rooms are studio rooms with a view of our large garden and the natural landscape of Halkidiki. In our studio rooms, we provide a kitchenette, cutlery and pots, fridge, A/C, TV and free WiFi internet access. Koviou beach is at a 5-minute walk, while within a 15-minute drive you can visit Marmaras, Nikiti and other graphical places. We are in a beautiful and quiet location ideal for relaxing holidays in Halkidiki.

Alexander Haus have fully furnished studio rooms in Akti Koviou, Nikiti, Sithonia, Halkidiki. There are five rooms on the ground floor and four on the upper levels. Our studio rooms vary in sizes, some spacious enough for a family with four members and some others cozy enough for two. A morning in our studios might start with a wake-up call from the sun of Halkidiki, if you would like to leave the curtains open, while your coffee in your veranda or balcony will be cool and under the shadow, thanks to the orientation of the building. During your stay in our studio rooms, you may feel free to cook like at home, as we provide you with a kitchenette, a full cooking and cutlery set and a fridge. For our master chefs we there is also an outdoor barbecue and we can also provide you with an oven if it is needed. One of the few things that remain unchanged since we started is our priority to deliver you our studio rooms spotlessly clean and our desire to make anything possible so that you may have (yet again) unforgettable holidays. Each studio room has its own bathroom with hot water at all times. Our studio rooms are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization and comply to all fire safety regulations.

Room No. 4 is cozy enough for two. It is on the first floor and has a garden view, out of the balcony. The room has a double bed, closet and fully equipped kitchenette. The en-suite shower has hot water at all times. It is possible to add a baby cot or an extra folding bed, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room.

Room No. 5 is on the first floor of our building. It is a large room, with a garden view as all of our rooms. The room has one double bed, one single bed a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to add a baby cot or an extra folding bed.

Room No. 6 is on the top (second) floor of our building. It comfortable room for three, with a small view of the sea, as you walk out of the room during the day and an amazing stargaze view at night. The room has one double bed, one single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to add an extra folding bed, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room.

Room No. 7 is on the top (second) floor of our building. It is our largest room, on the top floor, with an exclusive large veranda that has a small view of the sea during the day and an amazing stargaze view at night. The room has one double bed, two single beds a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to add a baby cot, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room.

Room No 8. is a fairly large room, on the ground floor. As all our ground room studios, you can walk straight out to the garden and the veranda. The room has one double bed, one single bed, space for a baby-cot, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is a perfect choice if you have a small child, or if you wish to avoid stairs.

Room No. 9 is a fairly large room, on the ground floor. As all our ground room studios, you can walk straight out to the garden and the veranda. The room has one double bed, one single bed, space for an extra folding bed or baby-cot, a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. It is a perfect choice if you have a small child, or if you wish to avoid stairs.

Room No. 10 is a medium-sized room, on the ground floor. As all our ground room studios, you can walk straight out to the garden and the veranda. It is our only room that three single beds and three adults, making it an ideal choice for a group of friends, or a second-day room with a double room next to it (separate doors, not connected). Two double beds can be joined to make a double if you wish. It is possible to add a baby cot, but bed may need to be put away during the day for more comfort in that room. The room offers a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom.

Room No. 11 is cozy enough for two. It is on the ground floor and has a garden view, out of the balcony. The room has a double bed, a closet and fully equipped kitchenette. The en-suite shower has hot water at all times. It is possible to add a baby cot.

Room No. 12 is our largest room on the ground floor and is situated at the back of the building. The room has one double bed, two single beds a fully equipped kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. As all ground floor rooms, you can enjoy your coffee or lunch in the veranda and the kids can run, out the door to the garden, without worrying about stairs. It is possible to add a baby cot if you need one.

Alexander Haus studio rooms are a five minutes walk away from the sensational Koviou Beach, one of the most beautiful, unspoiled and lesser-known beaches of Halkidiki. It is situated 2km away from Agios Ioannis and just before the busy Kalogria beach. The waters of Koviou beach are crystal blue, without many pebbles and the sand is thin and soft, ideal for endless hours of relaxation or fun. As the gulf of Sithonia embraces all the coast, the waters of Koviou beach remain calm most of the time. The level of water gets deep gradually, allowing adequate space to our younger visitors to play safely. Anyone who meets Koviou beach will love it and would surely visit it again to watch another sunset from there.

The beach is at a 5-minute walk. You get to it by walking through a path, which is at parts cemented or with wood. You should find no problem even getting a baby stroller to the beach. At the beach, there are some umbrellas and deck chairs that you can rent from the people who operate the beach bar if you wish so, for a charge, or lay your towel anywhere that pleases you. The beach bar also offers a variety of refreshments.

Alexander Haus studio rooms are 43 kilometers away from Nea Moudania, 2km away from Agios Ioannis beach. Our studio rooms are built in a fairly quiet area, while if wish you to pursue something more cosmopolitan, you can have a night out at Nikiti (5km), Marmaras (13km), or even Porto Carras casino (12km). In the nearby area there a couple of beach bars and some restaurants. The nearest KTEL bus stop is fairly close at 80 meters (Koviou stop). The nearest airport is Makedonia (SKG) in Thessaloniki.

What we offer you is more than a fully furnished room. Our garden covers an area of 4,5 acres and since we only have nine rooms, that means plenty of space for everybody. Our backyard is next to evergreen full of pine trees, a typical natural scene of Halkidiki, that will rejuvenate you with its fresh oxygen. We respectfully extended the natural scenery in our garden, where you shall find olive trees, eucalyptus and plenty of green to rest your eyes on. In our ample space parking your car, or your boat even, should not be a problem. Our garden is ideal for our junior guests to wander around and explore, while you can keep an eye on them, or they can also play by the swings. Our beautiful surroundings are ideal for relaxation and rest. We welcome you to our home!
