Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Accommodation Mina's House in Nikiti offers beautiful and safe courtyard with natural shade and lots of greenery, a sea view from some of the terraces, spacious and tastefully furnished accommodation units and wireless internet - and those are the reasons that this accommodation has been a favourite in the past years.
The house is located in the first row to the sea, about 1200m from the nearest supermarket Happy, at the beginning of the walking area and the center of Nikiti. About 800m from the accommodation, in Egialou Street, there is a small shop, not supplied as Happy, but you can find some basic things like water, snacks, etc.
In the offer are five accommodation units, one studio and four apartments, set in three buildings located in the same yard. Studio Kohili is for a maximum of two adults and one child, the apartments Lithos, Pefkos and Agnanti are quadruple and the sextuple apartment Avra can accommodate up to four adults and two children.
Apartments Lithos and Agnanti are located in the same house, on the first floor. Lithos is positioned to the right. It has two single beds and a fan in the living room with a kitchen, in the separate bedroom there's one double bed (there is also a place to add a baby cot) and air conditioning, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Agnanti is positioned to the left, with a lovely sea view from the balcony. In the living room with the kitchen, there's a TV set, air conditioning, corner sofa, two single beds and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, microwave, fridge with freezer and necessary dishes. In the separate bedroom, there are one double bed and air conditioning, while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
Avra apartment is in a separate building. The kitchen in this spacious apartment is fully equipped and the apartment is designed so that it can be divided into two parts, separated by accordion doors. The first bedroom has one double bed and air conditioning (with a space to add an extra bed or baby cot). In the living room with a kitchen, there's a sofa, two armchairs, fireplace, TV and air conditioning, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub.
Pefkos apartment and Kohili studio are in the same house, located on the ground floor, one step above the ground level. Their verandas are merged and transient, fitted with seating sets. Studio Kohili is positioned on the left, it has one double bed, air conditioning and equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathtub in a nicely arranged bathroom. Apartment Pefkos is air-conditioned, it has two double beds (one is narrower than standard) and equipped kitchen. It's the only apartment with a shower cabin in the bathroom.
All terraces have a sitting set and a drying rack. All accommodation units have mosquito nets. WiFi internet is available everywhere. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four nights, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the accommodation units. Pets are not allowed.
In a beautiful and fenced yard, full of greenery, trees, natural shade and paths, there are sitting sets and an outdoor shower. There's also a private parking with limited number of places, and if it's full, there's always space in front of the accommodation. The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy and partly pebbly, with a gradual shallow with a few stones at the entrance to the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to the guests free of charge.
At the entrance to Nikiti, at the traffic light, turn right into Neakitou street and continue straight towards the beach. Before exiting on the promenade and the beach, turn into the first street to the right and proceed straight ahead (you'll pass the Marina hotel) through Egialou street (unpaved last 500m before the accommodation) for about 1km until you reach Mina's House.
If you're looking for accommodation on a quiet location with a direct beach access, Mina's House can be a great choice.

Poštovani, interesuju nas dva odvojena apartmana u periodu od 01.08.2025. 10 noći. 1. Apartman dvoje odraslih, plus dvoje dece od 5 i 2 godine. 2. Apartman dvoje odraslih, plus dete od 5 godina. Apartmani bi trebali da budu fizički odvojeni i naravno svako da ima svoje kupatilo. Malo me buni slika gore gde se vide dva apartmana i jedno kupatilo, zbog toga sam naglasio.
