This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Comfortable, clean, and well-organized, the owners thought of everything. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to our daughter's health condition, but I am certain that if we travel to Sithonia again, this accommodation will be our choice once more. We stayed at Angelina Seaside Apartments at the end of August 2024, and we can only confirm the previously expressed positive opinions. The two-bedroom studio is spacious and exudes a warm, homely atmosphere. It is exceptionally clean, with linens and towels changed every three days. The accommodation is fantastic; it truly has no flaws. The cleanliness exceeded all my expectations, as did the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, who were also remarkably unobtrusive and discreet. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, and it is also clean and tidy. The bathroom shines. The location deserves a perfect score of 10+, and the beach in front is quite decent. We parked our car in the yard under natural shade. The yard is well-kept, filled with flowers, featuring a gazebo, showers, and a tap for rinsing off sand... excellent, and even more than that. The price is on the higher side, but justified.

In short, this accommodation has no flaws. The owners are incredibly kind and ready to fulfill any request you may have. All rooms face the sea. The rooms are furnished with new furniture, a larger refrigerator with a freezer, a stove for cooking that works excellently, as well as plates and utensils, and there are also mosquito nets. Hot water is available all day long. There is no need to elaborate on the location of the apartment, as it is only separated from the sea by a street. It takes you 10-12 minutes of leisurely walking to reach Lidl and Mašutes. I highly recommend this accommodation and their owners, who are at your disposal 24 hours a day.

My wife had an incredible experience at the accommodation. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is just 20 meters from the sea, offering a breathtaking view from the balcony. Nearby, there are bars and restaurants, where everyone is also friendly. We will definitely return next year. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation we chose through nikana.gr exceeded our expectations. The location is phenomenal, right by the coast, and the beach deserves all the praise, while the sea is crystal clear. Within the accommodation, you have everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Towels are changed three times during ten days, bed linens twice, and the accommodation is thoroughly cleaned. There is a relaxation area within the complex where you can sit and unwind. The terrace is spacious enough for you to enjoy your stay and take in the view of the sea. All praises, we will gladly recommend and choose Aggelina accommodation again when we are in Nikiti.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms. Everything is tidy and clean. They frequently change the bed linens and towels. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. We had the opportunity to use their washing and drying machine. They also have their own parking. The location is excellent, and you can see the sea from the terrace. Warm regards to the hosts.

Despite all the virtues and shortcomings listed below, the 12-day vacation went exceptionally well.

An exceptionally high-quality accommodation, situated in an excellent location. The apartments with two bedrooms are spacious, featuring a perfectly equipped kitchen, and all appliances in the accommodation function flawlessly. The apartment is cleaned every three days, with bed linens and towels being changed. The WiFi is reliable, and the hosts are very courteous, always present in the accommodation, thus readily available for any assistance needed. Although the parking space is not large, it is sufficient, and the accommodation itself is secure, with no noticeable issues in that regard.

The apartment is located across from the beach, which meant a lot to us. The exterior is beautifully decorated. Inside, there is classic Greek furniture. The accommodation itself is acceptable. The mattress was hard, making our sleep less than comfortable. It is clean. They clean every half of the stay. While cleaning, they wear masks and gloves. The only thing that was alarming in our apartment, number 6, was the rusty and peeling refrigerator doors. Additionally, the refrigerator is quite noisy. Upon our arrival, they told us to report any issues or malfunctions so they could fix them as soon as possible. The shower was not functioning properly, but they repaired it the same day.

An exceptional accommodation for families.

We are extremely pleased with your service from start to finish, as well as the information you provided us. We are also satisfied with the accommodation; everything matches the description.

Agelina is an exceptionally kind and accommodating hostess. The accommodation itself is situated in an excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle of cafes, yet close enough that you don’t have to walk far to reach them. Indeed, music can be heard from Vertigo. The apartments are spacious and tidy. The terraces are quite large and, best of all, offer a beautiful view of the sea.

First, I must commend the hosts who are exceptionally kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist. We stayed in Apartment 4.2 from June 17, 2020, to June 25, 2020. Since we had no particular demands, the accommodation was very good and comfortable. The parking is a significant advantage and there is ample space available. The proximity to the beach is very important, especially if you have small children like we do. I must also mention the closeness of well-equipped markets. Regarding noise, it tends to be most noticeable in the mornings and evenings, but it is not problematic. Overall, the impression is very positive, and the accommodation is truly lovely and near the beach.

The hosts are truly exceptional; everything else is at a satisfactory level except for the beds and mattresses, which are, to put it mildly, catastrophic. We vacationed with a baby (7 months old) from the end of August to mid-September in a property located closer to the sea (it is an older building, renovated and in good condition), and we received a room on the upper floor with a stunning view of the sea. However, when night fell, a nightmare began. The bed we slept on creaked so much that the baby woke up with every minimal movement, and we could not sleep through the night. It is worth mentioning that the mattress was a disaster, even though it was practically new. The next day, we complained about the issue, and they immediately responded. They tried to fix the creaky wooden bed, but when they realized it was impossible, they gave us another apartment on the ground floor that was in better condition with a bed that did not creak, but the mattress remained the same, which again affected our ability to rest rather than tire on vacation. The proximity to the sea is one of the advantages of this apartment, but if you wish to sleep, you must close the balcony and sleep with the air conditioning on. We could not sleep with the air conditioning on because of the baby, so we often woke up due to the considerable noise. On several occasions during the night, we were awakened by kids on motorcycles racing down the street in front of the property. Overall, it was quite noisy, but manageable if you are not traveling with a baby. The beds are exceptionally poor, but everything else is satisfactory.

We were accommodated in a 4+1 apartment, which is truly spacious. It features two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and two balconies... It is located just 50 meters from perhaps the most beautiful beach in Nikiti, at the beginning of the promenade... We found it exceptionally peaceful. There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Advantages: Excellent location, tidy, spacious. Parking is provided. The hostess is friendly. Disadvantages: The quality of the accommodation does not match the high price we paid. The bathrooms are decent, but the interior of the rooms and the furnishings in the two connected studios are at a basic level.

Fantastic 10 days! Everything was just as it should be, and this is a true example of excellent accommodation. The room is clean, you have everything you need, cleaning and towels are changed every 3 days, and the hosts are very friendly and always there for you. The location is superb, everything is nearby, and at night it is quiet, unless you have noisy neighbors like we did, but they were reasonable after three warnings. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone; it may be a bit more expensive, but it is truly worth it.

The landlady, or rather her daughter, with whom we communicated the most, was exceptionally polite and very engaged. She provided us with all the necessary instructions and assistance we sought regarding pediatric doctors. A truly pleasant, genuine person in the right place. As for the apartment itself, it is very clean and tidy. It is true that it can accommodate five adults, but in that case, there would be a bit of a clutter with belongings, so it is more comfortable for four people. Regarding the price/quality ratio, for that price, the apartment could be a bit more "fancy". The location is perfect.

The rooms are exceptionally clean, the terrace is spacious, and the view is breathtaking. We particularly enjoyed our mornings and afternoons spent on the terrace. The property boasts a lovely garden where one can relax outdoors. The owners are very friendly and always eager to assist with any inquiries we had. On the first day, the water pressure was a bit low, but this was promptly resolved after speaking with the owner. The people are very pleasant and always accommodating. We spent ten wonderful days in Nikiti.

We stayed at Aggelina House at the end of June and the beginning of July, in a duplex apartment located in the second house. They mentioned during the reservation that it was on the second floor, but in reality, it is like our first. Below it is just a high ground floor, which was excellent. The walls are full height, with no slopes. The cleanliness was truly outstanding. They cleaned as promised, and we were very satisfied with that. The duplex apartment has many advantages over smaller ones, as there is a huge living room with a kitchen (certainly 30 m2) where one can spend time without feeling cramped. We entered the bedrooms literally only for sleeping. Towels and some hygiene items were provided. The kitchen was functional, with a large stove and oven, a big refrigerator, so we never lacked space, which is often the case on vacations. It has everything needed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The owners were exceptionally accommodating. In the courtyard between the two villas, there aren't many amenities, but I didn't miss them as our goal wasn't to sit in the courtyard, nor do they advertise that as an advantage. The only trivial issue, which wasn't even a problem, was that one day we found the curtain rod had fallen down. The owners fixed it within a few hours. Everything else was great. We also asked to use the washing machine. Not only was that possible, but the landlady even packed the laundry into the machine, washed, dried, and brought it back packed. That was truly wonderful. They were always available for any questions and assistance. The parking is between the two houses, but Nikiti is such a place that there is parking available everywhere (at least in the part where Aggelina House is located). Even during the flash floods in June 2018, the villa's position was such that neither the villa nor the cars were endangered. All in all, I have nothing but praise for this accommodation (though I don't know what the smaller accommodation units are like, as I didn't enter them).

It features two bedrooms, a proper living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and, of course, a bathroom. There are two terraces, one of which (the smaller one) overlooks the courtyard, while the other, spacious enough for four adults to sit at the table without bumping into each other, offers a view of the street and the sea. The building consists of only four apartments, and the hosts are always present and at your service. Everything is clean and new, just 20 meters from the sea. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The parking is quite spacious, although when both buildings are fully booked, there may not be enough space for all cars. This building (the second, pink one) looks nicer and is newer than the first (yellow one), if that means anything to anyone. All in all, an excellent accommodation in a great location. I would recommend it to everyone. PS For Nikana - You need to post more photos of these apartments in the second building so that people can see what I was talking about.

Our first visit was to Nikiti. We enjoyed our stay in the first house, with a side view of the sea, which is truly very beautiful. We are extremely satisfied. The hosts are very kind. We stayed for three days, and the apartments were cleaned during our stay. The hosts are present non-stop, so you can reach out to them for anything. The location is excellent, situated right at the beginning of the new promenade, so it gets lively in the evenings, yet everything is close by. The city beach (which is not bad at all) is located just across the road. Parking is secured and under video surveillance. The only downside for children is the lack of many activities; there is only one slide in the yard.

The villa is situated in an excellent location, right on the beach and at the end of the promenade where it is peaceful at night, so the noise from the promenade is not heard, yet everything is still close by. Our apartment had two terraces, one with a side view of the sea and the other overlooking the parking lot. The parking is secured and under video surveillance. The apartment was excellently furnished with modern amenities and everything was impeccably clean. The hosts are true hosts and very kind. The price may be slightly higher compared to what is offered, but in any case, it is very important to return from vacation without any complaints about the accommodation.
