Nikiti House is located on a hill, in a quiet part of Nikiti, offering a stunning panoramic view. Just outside the place, the noise and the bustle, the accommodation is surrounded by a large and nicely landscaped yard and greenery. Due to just a few accommodation units, guests are provided with privacy, and parking place is guaranteed.

The beach is at 650m, well-equipped supermarkets and bakery are at 1,5km, and the town center is about 2km away.

There are three air-conditioned units, two studios on the ground floor and an apartment upstairs. The apartment has two bedrooms (each with one double bed) and a sofa bed in the living room with fireplace, dining area and a kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. The first studio has one double bed, a sofa bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with glass shower cabin, while the second has one double bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette. The apartment has a balcony, and studios have verandas in front of the entrance, with sitting sets and a drying racks.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious and an enclosed yard with lawn, gazebo with barbecue and outdoor seating sets, sunbeds, swings, basketball court and ample parking space.

You will find this accommodation on the outskirts of Nikiti, on a hill in the direction of camping Saint George.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
