If you’re looking for a modern and well-maintained accommodation in a quiet place, at walking distance from the beach and all amenities in Nikiti, Amaryllis Complex can be a great choice for you. They offer comfortable, clean and air-conditioned quadruple apartments with a private terrace, shower cabin and parking.

It is located 190m from the the city beach, 490m from the grocery store and the bakery Zorbas and 650m from the supermarket Masoutis (below the main road).

Amaryllis Complex is a new accommodation built in 2017 and it consists of 12 beautifully and modernly decorated quadruple apartments, without sea view. They are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor.

All apartments are identical (30m2) and they have a kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment and necessary dishes, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower cabin, mosquito nets and a private terrace. At the entrance to the apartments, there’s a dining room with a kitchen, TV, air conditioning and wardrobe and a double sofa bed. Next to the dining room, there’s a bedroom (separated by the door) with one double bed. Baby cot is available on request and included in the price, and it can be added only in the dining room. Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every third day.

Private parking is available (for each apartment there’s one parking place) as well as the elevator. The accommodation does not have a yard.

The accommodation is very easy to find. Driving on the main road, after the traffic light in Nikiti, continue ahead until you see the church on the right side. At the church, take right into Neakitou street and drive towards the beach. After you get to the road along the beach, turn left and drive ahead for 800m, turn left and drive for another 190m, then turn right and 100m later you’ll arrive in front of Amaryllis Complex.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
