I stayed at the Amaryllis apartment in Nikiti. It was the most beautiful apartment in Greece (Sithonia). It exceeded my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean and delightful. You can expect fresh towels and bed linens every three days. The host was incredibly kind and always available for any questions or assistance. There is free parking and excellent internet access. Additionally, you can enjoy the lovely garden sets located behind the apartments. I will definitely return! If you were to ask me to describe Amaryllis in one word, I would say - PROFESSIONAL!!!

Bed linen and towel changes every two to three days, with mosquito nets on all windows (balconies). The yard is shaded in the afternoon, beautifully arranged for children. The Amarilis apartments are located in a tranquil part of Nikiti, surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery. Everything is new, tastefully decorated, and charming. The quality of the accommodation and the maintenance of cleanliness are of a high standard. Additionally, the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts deserve high praise! This is our second visit, but certainly not the last!

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, and we recommend it for families with children. The only thing we found lacking was a bit more space, as we enjoyed it more than what was depicted in the pictures. We suggest that the owners improve the kitchenware provided. We had to purchase knives, the kitchen extractor does not work, there are no dishes, cutting boards, and you need to buy sponges, cloths, and detergent if you use their kitchen. The place is clean and tidy, with bed linens and towels changed every three days, and it has a lovely yard, perfect for children. Prices are slightly higher than what you might expect.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, including a blender, kettle, and toaster. The yard is spacious, perfect for children to play. The terraces are roomy. The internet connection is satisfactory. Regarding prices, accommodation in Nikiti is generally more expensive, with rates for these apartments reaching up to 140 euros in August, which is truly excessive.

First, I would like to mention that this was our first vacation booked through Nikana, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the entire process of choosing and arranging the accommodation reservation. Upon our arrival in Nikiti, we were greeted by a property that perfectly matched the description on Nikana's website. Amaryllis is an exceptional accommodation. The rooms are tastefully furnished and designed, equipped with new furniture and appliances from reputable brands. The terrace is indeed spacious, and the bathroom and shower cabin are roomy and functional. What left the best impression was the cleanliness and the abundance of flowers and greenery. The accommodation is conveniently located near the beach, promenade, and markets. Perfect for families!

So far, since I have been vacationing in Greece, this is the best accommodation. The friendly landlady caters to all guests, the internet is phenomenal, and the hygiene is at a top level. In reality, the place looks much more beautiful than it is portrayed in the pictures. It is ideal for larger families, as all accommodations have two rooms, are easily accessible for strollers, and feature an elevator, which is very important for upper floor accommodations. Perhaps the rooms could be more spacious, but this applies to all accommodations in Greece, after all. The landlady is a wonderful woman whom you might not even notice, but she is always there, ready to assist you with any request you may have. Regarding the location, there is a lovely sandy beach about a hundred meters away, complete with a beach bar and a free area. It is situated on a pleasant street where cars hardly pass by. The promenade and the center are about a 7-8 minute leisurely walk, so it’s quite acceptable. For our people, it might be important to mention that Lidl and Mazutis are located about 500 meters away. All in all, it’s fantastic!!

For the first time, we stayed in the Amarilis apartment and we carry with us an extraordinary experience. The apartments are exceptionally clean, which deserves every praise, as if you were in a hotel, since the hostess who cleaned arranged the entire apartment every three days, though I believe it was even more frequent, as everything was always perfectly organized - a rating of 10! The air conditioning is new, the Wi-Fi is excellent, the terrace is spacious, and the furniture is extremely comfortable. The towels and bed linens are new, adorned with the apartment's logo, just like in a hotel - a rating of 10! I wrote down in the shortcomings what else might be needed, but these are not shortcomings, rather suggestions. There were quite a few of us with children, perhaps some amenities in the beautiful yard should be added; I am in favor of a pool! We would be the only ones in the area! The Amarrylis apartments are relatively new and appear very neat and clean, which is often not the case with Greek apartments. Guests can expect excellent cleaning of the apartments, making it difficult to have any complaints. One note regarding the apartment description is that there is no dining table and chairs in the dining area, which many may expect. For dining, a club table with seating on the terrace is provided. The kitchen utensils include the basics, although the owner of the accommodation accommodates individual needs and, if possible, provides additional items.

The apartments are new and exceptionally clean. The landlady is almost always present and available. The apartments are cleaned every three days, and the bed linens and towels are changed. A significant amount of money has been invested in the apartments, and you have a kitchenette equipped with basic utensils and cutlery, glasses, a toaster, a kettle, a juicer, a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with two burners, a large pot, etc. The only thing you need to bring is a small saucepan, as it is not provided in the apartment. The living room features a TV, air conditioning, and a sofa bed that is quite firm, which may suit some guests. In the living room, a small table or a side table is missing for placing the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV, bags, keys, and similar items. There is a wardrobe for storing clothes, but it lacks enough hangers, having only 5-6 pieces. The terrace has a table with two chairs and a rattan armchair with cushions, as well as a line for drying laundry. The bedroom has a French bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress, two nightstands, pictures, and a lamp. The carpentry is of excellent quality with mosquito nets. We stayed from June 18 to June 28, 2018, and during that period, which is not visible in the pictures, sunshades were installed in the apartments that can be opened or closed. They were only not installed in the corner apartments, which was our apartment number 10. Generally, the sun is only present a little before noon from 10:00 to 12:00, but only a small part of the terrace is in the sun. In front of the apartment is a grassy area that some children used, but we did not. There is also a lift that is of excellent quality, and the entrance to the apartment complex is sloped for accessibility. In front of the apartment is a parking area that can realistically accommodate 11, maybe even twelve vehicles if parked closely together. It is an exceptionally quiet place for sleeping, with the sea being realistically about 250-300m away by foot, but everything is close and paved. The beaches in this area are very beautiful with fine sand, especially on the left side of the Arva restaurant. At the restaurant, you have sun umbrellas and loungers, as well as pedal boats, and if you don't want to pay, you can set up your own umbrella nearby. The center is about 5-6 minutes away on foot. We paid 600 euros for 10 nights in June with a small discount for early payment, and I asked the landlady about August, and they reach prices of 100 euros per day, which I definitely wouldn't pay. In my opinion, the apartments are far enough from the center that you can sleep, and everything is close. Lidl, Mazutis, and two other large hypermarkets are on the main road, about 1-1.5 km away. The ideal location of Nikiti is that you can explore the entire Sithonia as there are many beautiful beaches nearby, and Nikiti itself is excellent as it has everything. On our ninth day, we experienced a flood, but we managed to get through it. If you ask me, regarding the apartments, they are excellent and you won't go wrong. If you can, avoid the corner apartments 10 and 11 as they are too close to the neighbors, and choose apartments 7, 8, 9, and 12 as their terraces are a bit more comfortable, while on the ground floor, choose 1, 2, 3, and 6.

We vacationed in this villa in 2017. We were with two children. We were literally the first guests in the apartment. Everything was beautifully and neatly arranged. The hosts were pleasant and always ready to help. There is parking in front. The beach is 120 meters away. The promenade is also nearby. The only complaint is the auxiliary bed, which was quite hard.
