This newly-built accommodation provides comfort, internet and air-conditioned and clean accommodation units with spacious terraces, and there is also public parking in front of it. Mavridis Rooms 2 is a newly built accommodation (2018) next to the older one, Mavridis Rooms, 170m from the city beach, 220m from the supermarket Happy by the harbour and 200m from the grocery store and the bakery Zorbas.
It has 13 modern, well equipped and very clean accommodation units, i.e. four apartments for four people, two maisonettes for five people, three studios for four people, and four accommodation units without a terrace in basement (two studios for four, one studio for five, and one apartment for five people).
Studios for four people (3+1 or 2+2) have one double and a sofa bed under which one is pulled out a drawer bed. By pulling out a drawer bed, space in the studio becomes smaller. The studios are air-conditioned, with TV, mosquito nets and a kitchen with hotplates with two rings, the necessary dishes and a fridge with freezer compartment.
Maisonettes for five people are on the first floor. On the lower level, there's a living room with a kitchen, one double bed and an exit on a large terrace with a sitting set. On the upper level, there are three single beds with a spacious terrace facing the sea. Both levels are air-conditioned and they have a TV.
Apartments for four persons have two single beds in the living room with a kitchen and a double bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates with two rings, a fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes, while the large terraces have sitting sets.
Accommodation units in basement are located about 1,5m below the ground level, and the lack of a terrace is replaced by the access to the large and enclosed shared balcony with barbecue, sunbeds and sitting sets. In the living room with a kitchen (equipped with hotplates with two rings, a fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes) studios for four people have one double and two single beds, while studio for five people has one double and three single beds. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have mosquito nets, bathroom with a glass shower cabin and a drying rack on the terrace. Towels and bed linen are replaced after three days.
They have no yard, but there's a large public parking with enough space for everyone in front of the accommodation.
After the traffic light in Nikiti and the pharmacy that you'll see on the right side, turn right into Neakitou Street and head straight to the beach for about 620m. Turn left next to the playroom for children and continue ahead for 230m until you see Mavridis Rooms 2 on the right.

Mavridis Rooms 2 is a new building located in the center of Nikiti, at 75m from the beach.
There are four apartments, two maisonettes, three studios and four large rooms (with 4-5 beds) without balcony.
All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs and a fridge with freezer, bathroom with a shower cabin and a large terrace overlooking the garden. Towels and bed linen are replaced after three days.
The residence is located in front of the municipal parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
