Hotel Description

Costa Domus Blue Luxury Apartments is located in one of Nikiti’s most attractive locations, within walking distance of promenade, beach, numerous bars and taverns. It is a new, modern and tastefully designed accommodation that offers rooms for four to eight people, on two levels.

The accommodation is in the first row to the sea, only 50 meters from the market, bars and taverns, city beach and promenade.

In the offer are 20 rooms, 12 for four people, seven rooms for up to six people and one room for eight people.

The rooms for four persons look like this:

4 Bed Studio, Deluxe (capacity two adults and two children) - this room has a a double bed and a folding sofa.
4 Bed Apartment, Standard (capacity two adults and two children) - this room has a double bed and a folding sofa.
4 Bed Apartment, Garden View, Standard (capacity two adults and two children) - this room has a double bed and a folding sofa.

The rooms for six persons look like this:

6 Bed Apartment, Two-level, Sea View, Deluxe (capacity four adults and two children) - this room has a double bed and a sofa on the lower level and a double bed on the upper level in the separate bedroom and a single bed and a sofa in the other one.
6 Bed Apartment, Two-level, Sea View, Superior (capacity four adults and two children) - this room has a double bed and a folding sofa on the lower level and a double bed on the upper level.
6 Bed Apartment, Superior (capacity four adults and two children) - this room has a double bed and a folding sofa on the lower level and a double or two single beds on the upper level.

A room for eight persons looks like this:

2 Bedroom Apartment, Grand Family (capacity six adults and two children) - this room has a double bed and a sofa on the lower level and three rooms on the upper level; one has two single beds and the other two a double bed each.

All units have a TV, a fridge (some come with a microwave too), air conditioning, private terraces or verandas with outdoor seating.

The courtyard is internal, with greenery and stone paths, and guests have access to private parking.

You will find the accommodation very easy: at the traffic light in Nikiti, turn right and drive until you reach the beach, turn right and after 50m you will be in front of the accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
