Our description
Summer House is a seafront accommodation on a promenade in Nikiti. The apartment is on the first floor and consists of two levels, it has a direct sea view from the spacious terrace and it can accommodate a maximum of seven persons.
The apartment is located in the heart of Nikiti, one ste away from taverns, cafes, and shops. Across the street is the city beach and a pastry shop is on the ground floor of the accommodation. The entrance is from the backside.
On the lower level, there's a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with an equipped kitchen with a large stove, a fridge with a freezer and all necessary utensils. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with curtain, washing machine, iron and a small window. The living room also has a dining table, TV, sofa bed, two armchairs and access to a spacious terrace with awning, outdoor sitting set and a sea view. On the upper level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with two single beds each and bathroom with a shower and tiles only. Doors and windows have mosquito nets, and the internet signal is available.
They have no yard, nor private parking.
After passing the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, drive straight until you see a church on the right side of the road. At the church, turn right and drive until you break out onto the city beach. After that, turn right again and drive about 180m straight - after Alexandros Pizzeria, you'll see Summer House lodging.

Owners description
The apartment(110m2) is located on the beautiful beach in Nikiti, in front of the sea and it has two floors.
On the first floor, there is a big living room with an equipped kitchen (dishes, glasses, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron). Also, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds. On the balcony, you can enjoy the sea view while having breakfast, your lunch or dinner.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a toilet. Each room has two single beds and A/C. There are towels and sheets. Also, the apartment is above the shop.
Within a short distance, you will find a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, zanima me smestaj za period od 21-og do 31-og jula 2024. god. Da li mogu 6 odrasle osobe i dete od 8 godina? Koja cena bi bila za taj period? Prosle godine su bili jedni moji prijatelji iz Paracina i oni su mi preporucili Vas smestaj.

Odličan smeštaj, divna terasa sa direktnim pogledom na more, odlično opremljen. Sve pohvale za vlasnicu koja nas je dočekala domaćim kolačom i džemom od jagoda.
