Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Luxury Living Annio is a newly built and modern accommodation with high-security, on a quiet location in Nikiti, with an enclosed and beautifully landscaped courtyard with barbecue, private parking and video surveillance. The accommodation units are designed with quality and taste, with new furniture and private terraces or verandas.
The city beach is only 200m away, supermarkets Masoutis and Lidl are about 1km far (by the main road), and the promenade is 600m far, although the part of the beach where the accommodation's located can be considered a promenade.
There are studios for three persons and apartments for four persons.
Triple studios have one double and a single bed, and a kitchenette, while quadruple apartments have two single beds in the living room with a kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom. The accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, internet, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer and utensils, a shower cabin in the bathroom and a private balcony with awning, tinted glass partition and seating set.
From the season of 2020, there are three accommodation units in the basement (10 steps below the ground level) available, two double studios and one apartment for 3-4 people. The apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with two rings, a large fridge with freezer and necessary utensils. The basement units have a shower cabin in the bathroom and a private porch, and the owner does not reccommend a stay of families with small children in them.
The yard is enclosed and secure, with greenery, paths, fountain and a barbecue. On the backside, there's a covered space with a nice seating area. Private parking has space for eight vehicles. Since the number is limited, preference is given to accommodation units on the upper floors.
Turn off the main road to the right by the church and continue ahead till you reach the road leading along the beach, then turn left and drive towards the Ammo bar. Turn left and 200m later you will reach Luxury Living Annio.
