Hotel Description

SunRay Apartments 2 is an accommodation in the heart of Nikiti, in Neakitou Street, which features tavernas, shops, post offices and bars. The accommodation is located above a small supermarket and has three apartments with a capacity of 4 to 6 persons.

It is located 550m from Nikiti’s city beach, the supermarket is just below the accommodation, and numerous tavernas and cafes are in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation has three air-conditioned apartments with a capacity of four to six persons.

Quadruple apartments no. 8 and no. 10 have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with two single sofa beds, a separate bedroom with one double bed, a bathroom with shower tray and curtain, and a spacious private balcony with outdoor seating set.

Six-bed apartment no. 9 has two large bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a living room with two single sofa beds, a bathroom with shower tray and curtain and private balcony with outdoor seating set.

Six-bed apartment no. 9 is not available for rent in the season of 2026.

All of the apartments are air-conditioned, with internet access and TV.

There is a possibility of an additional charge for very dirty sheets and towels.

Parties are not allowed.

Visitors who are not staying in the apartments are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Please observe the quiet hours (15:00-17:00 and 23:00-8:00).

The accommodation does not have a yard but it has a parking space for the guests.

At the traffic light in Nikiti, turn right, towards the sea, and after about 140m you will be in front of a small supermarket and SunRay Apartments 2.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
