An excellent accommodation, serving as a perfect starting point for exploring other beaches near Nikiti. Everything is within reach, including a market and a bakery, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away.

All praises, the only thing that can be done is to renovate the bathroom.

A lovely apartment for four people. It is well positioned, just a few minutes' walk from the promenade and the beach. The apartments are oriented towards the courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet. There is also a parking space in the courtyard, which is an added advantage. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities, is very clean and tidy, and the bed linens and towels are changed every five days. The landlady, Sofia, is very warm and unobtrusive. The apartment features a beautiful terrace, and in the courtyard, there is another table for four people and a barbecue.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation; we arrived at a clean and well-prepared apartment. All praise goes to the wonderful hosts, especially Sofia, who is truly a lovely person. The apartment has everything one might need. The beach is a bit of a walk away, but it didn’t bother us at all; it took us just five minutes with three children and all our gear. I highly recommend this accommodation. I hope to see you again next year.

We stayed at SunRay Apartments 2 in July 2022, in apartment number 8. There were two children, aged 4 and 2, and two adults. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. If needed, a folding crib for babies can be used, which is usually kept on top of the wardrobe. The living room features two single sofa beds, a table with two chairs, a TV, an air conditioner, and additional plastic chairs. From the living room, you enter the kitchen, which is fully equipped, including a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, dishes, cutlery, etc. You can also access the bathroom from the living room; it is compact but has a shower cabin, a toilet, a sink, and a basin. There isn't much space to arrange cosmetics. There is hot water available, but for two or three days, it was unavailable late at night and early in the morning. The bathroom fan is quite loud when turned on, and the light and ventilation turn on simultaneously, which can be irritating; this should be fixed. The accommodation is not large, but it is quite decent and clean. Clean linens and towels were provided for us after 5 days. There is also a hairdryer available. The apartment has its own terrace with a table and chairs, as well as lines for drying laundry. In the yard, there are two more tables with chairs, a swing bench, a faucet, and a designated parking space for your car. Although it is located on a busy street, the noise does not disturb sleep, as this apartment is on the opposite side of the building, while the front side has a store run by the owners. It is in a good location, about 500-600m to the marina and beach in Nikiti, although we only swam there once. It is close to the highway, making it convenient for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Sithonia. There were quite a few mosquitoes during our stay, but there was a Raid device in the accommodation for those who wanted to use it, and there are also mosquito nets on the windows. It was also quite humid, so we needed to turn on the air conditioning in the apartment. The owner, Sofia, is very kind; we saw her on the first and last day. No one from the other apartments, of which there are four, spent time in the yard, so there was no noise; everyone was on their terraces after returning from the beach. We are satisfied with the price-quality ratio and would choose this accommodation again.

The hosts are exceptionally pleasant and courteous, always at your service. The apartment is impeccably furnished and well-equipped. This is the only place (we have been vacationing in Greece for the past seven years) where the bed linens are genuinely changed every three days. We stayed in apartment No. 8 from August 15 to 25, 2019. The apartment is not new, but everything is clean. The landlady Sofia changed the bedding for us twice within ten days. The bedroom is spacious enough, with a wardrobe, although there are not enough hangers (6). The bathroom is adequately sized, except for the shower cabin, which lacks space due to the shower curtain, especially for larger individuals. There are also not enough hooks for hanging towels. It is prohibited to throw toilet paper into the toilet. The kitchen is excellently equipped, featuring a large refrigerator with a freezer, ample dishes and utensils, as well as a toaster. The apartment faces the courtyard, ensuring no surrounding noise, even though the house is right next to the street. Within the property, there is a well-stocked store. Lidl is about 2 kilometers away. Immediately along the main road, at a distance of 150-200 meters from the accommodation, there is another very well-stocked supermarket. The nearest bakery is 50 meters away. The main promenade is a 5-10 minute leisurely walk. This is also where the city beach in Nikiti begins, which is very long, so it will take you another ten minutes to reach its further sections. It is better to drive there, where you can park in the beach's rear area. There is parking space in the courtyard of the house, but no room for maneuvering. The passage is very narrow, and you often have to move the cones placed by the owner to prevent drivers from parking in front of the passage. The terraces are large. The access to Kastri beach, which is 4 km away, is excellent, and you can leave your car in a large parking area. The route to Kalogria beach (5.5 km) and Spatias (9 km) is excellent until the turnoff for those beaches, after which you must turn onto a somewhat unpaved road of coarse gravel. Prices; on average, two coffees and a juice cost 7-9 euros. We recommend the Ksilaki pastry shop for its phenomenal ice cream. The food in the restaurants is excellent. Corn on the beach costs 2 euros, and a donut costs 2.5 euros. Overall, we recommend Sun Ray Apartments 2 and Nikiti as a must-visit destination.

We stayed for seven nights. There were four of us. The apartment in the basement was perfect; we only used the air conditioning twice! Landlady Sofia is wonderful and kind! They changed our bed linens and towels twice. I truly recommend it. The drying rack had enough clips, a hairdryer, and sufficient soap and dish detergent (for those who pay attention to such details). The beach is just a leisurely three to four-minute walk away. Clean, tidy... Bravo and well done!

The accommodation deserves high praise. The owners are exceptionally fair. I would recommend everyone to stay in these apartments.

We spent ten days in apartment number eight. Sofia and Christos were always there to assist us whenever needed. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen was equipped in the simplest manner. It accommodates four people, but the space is a bit cramped. The air conditioning and internet worked flawlessly. The apartment has a private entrance from the yard, which also features parking, away from noise. There is space for a barbecue in the yard, which we have not yet used. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away (unless the girls stop at a shop along the way). The owners have a store on the street side, where you can buy essentials, while Lidl is about a five-minute drive for everything else. The proximity to the main road on Sithonia allows you to visit other beaches; we highly recommend Kalogria and Lagomandra, which are about ten and twenty minutes away by car. The beach in the town is large, with fine pebbles and sand; we always found space for our towels, and there are plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds available for rent.

We spent this summer in apartment number 10. We were satisfied with the accommodation, which consists of two colorfully decorated rooms, a spacious bathroom, a terrace, and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils (pots of various sizes, baking trays, glasses, cups, bowls), a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and hygiene supplies. The bathroom is large, and we had a hairdryer. The apartment also includes an iron and an ironing board. The hosts are friendly and always smiling, ready to assist, and work in the market. Bed linens and towels are changed every four days. The air conditioning is included in the price. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and blinds. In the villa itself, there is a large market, and next to it is a restaurant. The villa is located 500m from the beach and 200m below the traffic lights in Nikiti. The accommodation is excellent and in a good location, allowing for easy access to the main road and exploration of Sithonia.
