Description

If you're looking for a spacious apartment just a step away from the beach and all amenities in Nikiti, Haras House can be the ideal choice for you. This air-conditioned sextuple apartment offers complete comfort and quality, and because it is only one accommodation unit, privacy is guaranteed.

House has an excellent position, it's 90m away from the promenade and city beach in Nikiti, and 50m away from supermarket Happy, pizzerias and taverns.

This duplex apartment (60m2) is suitable for five persons maximum. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with two single, i.e. one double bed. Both bedrooms have an exit to a spacious terrace with awning, sitting set and drying rack. The living room with kitchen is equipped with two folding sofa beds, TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a stove, a large fridge with freezer, all necessary utensils and dishes. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain and a small window. The apartment is air-conditioned, it has internet and mosquito nets. Guests can also use a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and iron. The owners provide clean towels and bed linen for guests to replace by themselves after five days or at half of the stay.

The courtyard in front of the accommodation is private, with a parking space.

After the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right into Neaktiou Street and drive ahead for 600m (you will see a children's playroom on the left), then turn right and 50m later you'll reach Haras House.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

The accommodation is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning works excellently, and the internet is outstanding compared to previous vacations in Greece. The property is situated in a fenced yard along with the owner, allowing the yard to be used for playing with children, parking cars, and similar activities. The owners are friendly people; we didn't socialize with them, but they provided us with everything we needed. The location of the accommodation is such that it is in the center; for some, this is a disadvantage, while for others, it is an advantage. Everything is close by - promenade, restaurants, bakeries, market. It can be noisy at night until 1:00 AM, but it didn't bother us.

The accommodation is exceptionally spacious and clean, featuring a large and perfectly equipped kitchen. It is situated in an excellent location relative to the beach and restaurants. In the evening, it tends to be a bit busier due to the closed promenade, but that did not bother me. The owners are kind, pleasant, and unobtrusive. My favorite part of the house was the large terrace with a comfortable seating arrangement, which enjoys shade for most of the day. I would gladly return to this accommodation next year.

The accommodation is exceptionally comfortable; the kitchen is very spacious, as are the rooms and terrace. However, there is a constant unpleasant smell of the septic tank in the bathroom. The beds are quite uncomfortable because the mattresses are old and the springs have popped out. The accommodation lacks hygiene maintenance supplies (brooms, mops, cleaning products...). The owners of the accommodation are decent, but nothing more than that. They did not offer us the use of the yard, even though the description stated that guests could use it. The biggest problem is the location; every evening, the sound of engines buzzes, the street leads to the main road, causing all traffic to funnel into that street. It also seems to be a popular gathering spot for young people, including the owner's children, who make noise until two in the morning.

Extremely spacious and clean, situated in a perfect location just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. We stayed with three children, and each of them enjoyed their peace and privacy. The accommodation is equipped with all necessary amenities, and the hosts are always available to assist, eager to help whenever needed. The fenced yard provides parking and a safe play area for the children.

We stayed at the Haras House apartment in the second half of June this year (2021). The location is excellent, as it is situated in the center of the town, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the most beautiful part of the promenade, on a side street from the sea that can be accessed from the main street. Nearby, there are excellent restaurants, shops, a small butcher (across the street), a souvenir shop, and the best ice cream in Nikiti. It is close enough to all the happenings, yet in a quiet area, away from noise and heavy traffic. The apartment is exceptionally spacious and comfortable, with a good layout of the rooms, very clean and tidy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable stay, especially with children. We received clean linens and towels on the fifth day. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all necessary dishes and utensils, spacious, and has a classic stove with a large oven and a big refrigerator with a freezing compartment. Everything is identical to the photographs. The terrace is huge and spacious, surrounded by a neat yard, with very comfortable seating for relaxation. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to the terrace, with roll-up mosquito nets. It contains one air conditioning unit, which is well positioned above the entrance door, so it can sufficiently cool the entire space when needed. The internet connection, which is included in the price, is excellent, with a router dedicated solely to this apartment, which is also the only one in the house. In the laundry room, there are all necessary supplies and equipment for washing and maintaining hygiene, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner, as described. All appliances in the apartment function excellently. Parking for the car is located behind the house within a safe enclosed yard under an olive tree. The hosts are exceptionally kind, cultured, unobtrusive, and helpful, residing in a separate part of the house. They have their own produced olive oil, which is excellent. All in all, the apartment is truly worthy of recommendation, and we enjoyed our stay and would certainly love to return. Kind regards to Xristina, Georgios, and their family! The apartment is wonderful and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a delightful holiday - ample space, a large balcony, and kind hosts who are always available should you require assistance; you have a washing machine and an iron at your disposal, along with all the essentials to keep the apartment tidy (whenever you deem it necessary). The furniture is new, everything operates smoothly, and you even have an oven in the kitchen - which is quite uncommon. They have a spacious yard where you can park your car. The beach is very close - within walking distance, and it will take you a maximum of 5 minutes to reach it (the apartment is located on the second street from the beach). We had an amazing time and we hope to return again next year!
