Hotel Description

Petra House is a private stone cottage in a large, beautifully organized garden of one villa in the old part of Nikiti. Decorated in an unusual, seaside manner, it can accommodate four persons.

The accommodation is located in the picturesque old part of Nikiti, above the main road. It is located 100m from the first bakery, Mantsios Tavern, Proodos market and butchers, 400m from the main road with many large markets (Masoutis, Galaxias, Vasilopoulos, Lidl), pharmacy, bank… It is located about 1,3km from the city beach.

The house is about 50m2. There is a kitchen in the living room, with a large fridge with a freezer and a small oven with hotplates. The living room has a folding sofa and the bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is long, with a plain shower (only tiles) with a curtain. The accommodation has mosquito nets, two TVs, air conditioning, internet access. The owner of the accommodation is extremely friendly and, if needed, she lets guests to use her washing machine, free of charge. Baby cot is available on request. Bed linen and towels are replaced at the half of stay.

In the courtyard in front of the house, there is a barbecue, parking and a large umbrella with outdoor furniture.

You can reach the accommodation by going left to the traffic lights of Nikiti as you come from Thessaloniki in the direction of the old village the street is called Neakitou, at about 400 meters you meet Galipsous street where you turn right and at 40 meters left.

If you are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, with guaranteed privacy, in a charming, old-fashioned part of Nikiti, Petra House might be the ideal choice for you.

The house is perfect, made of stone, decorated in an ethnic style, clean, equipped with all necessities, comfortable beds, and a beautiful yard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
