In the heart of Nikiti, not far from the beach, there is Anthonas House. Surrounded by greenery, natural shade of trees, and at the same time in a fenced yard, it is ideal for families with children looking for a quiet location close to the beach.
The city beach is located about 250m away from the house, and the town center is at the same distance with taverns, cafes, promenade, bakeries, supermarkets.
It offers ordinary three-bed studios (30m2), deluxe triple studios (30m2), three quadruple apartments (60m2), and one luxury sextuple apartment (140m2).
There are five ordinary studios (no. 2, 3, 4, 21 and 22). All studios are equipped the same, they have a double and a single bed (except no.21 which has three single beds), kitchen with hot plates and refrigerator with freezer compartment, bathroom with shower tray with curtain and balcony with table and chairs. Studios no. 2, 3, and 4 are on the ground floor, and studios no. 21 and 22 are on the first floor.
There are three deluxe studios, no. 12, 13 and 14. They are located on the first floor, they have a double, kitchen with an induction hob and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a balcony with a table and chairs. Only adults can stay in these units.
There are three apartments, no.11, 20, and luxury apartments. Apartment no.11 is located on the first floor, it has two double beds, and the bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. Apartr-conditionedment no.20 is located on the first floor, it has one double and two single beds, and the bathroom is the same as in apartment no.11. All apartments have a kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a balcony with table and chairs.
The luxury apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa and a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Only adults can stay in this apartment.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet, mosquito nets, coffee machine, kettle, and hairdryer. Baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Within the fenced yard there is a lot of greenery and trees that provide natural shade, as well as a barbecue and seating area. Private parking is provided for all the guests.
Owners do not allow visits from guests who are not staying in the accommodation.

- Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
During your stay, it is forbidden to bring other people who are not guests of the accommodation Anthonas House.
