Our description
In the heart of Nikiti, not far from the beach, there is Anthonas House. Surrounded by greenery, natural shade of trees, and at the same time located in the fenced yard, it is ideal for families with children who are looking for a quiet location, close to the beach.
The city beach is located about 250m away from the house, and the town center is at the same distance with taverns, cafes, promenade, bakeries, supermarkets.
It offers ordinary three-bed studios (30m2), deluxe triple studios (30m2), three quadruple apartments (60m2) and one luxury sextuple apartment (140m2).
There are a total of four ordinary studios (no. 2, 3, 4, 12 and 21). All studios are equipped the same, they have a double and a single bed (except no. 2 and 21 which have three single beds), kitchen with hot plates and refrigerator with freezer compartment (no. 12 has a large refrigerator with freezer), bathroom with shower tray with curtain and balcony with table and chairs. Studios no. 2, 3 and 4 are on the ground floor, and studio no. 12 and 21 are on the first floor.
There are two deluxe studios, no. 13 and 14. They are located on the first floor, they have a double and a single bed, a kitchen with an induction hob and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a bathroom with shower cabin and a balcony with table and chairs.
There are three apartments in total, no. 1, 11 and 20. Apartment no. 1 is located on the ground floor and has two double and one single bed, and in the bathroom there is a bathtub with a curtain. Apartment no. 11 is located on the first floor, it has two double beds and a sofa, and the bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. Families with children under the age of 12 can not book this accommodation unit. Apartment no. 20 is located on the first floor, it has one double and two single beds, and the bathroom is the same as in apartment no. 11. Families with children under the age of 7 can not book this accommodation unit. All apartments have a kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator with freezer, as well as a balcony with table and chairs.
Luxury apartment is located on the first floor. It is consisted of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa and a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilette.
All accommodation units are air conditioned and have TV, internet, mosquito nets, coffee machine, kettle and hairdryer. Baby cot is available on request. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Within the fenced yard there is a lot of greenery and trees that provide natural shade, as well as barbecue and seating area. Private parking is provided for all the guests.
Owners do not allow visits from guests who are not staying in the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 12% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sa suprugom i ćerkom sam boravio u trokrevetnom studiju u periodu od 15.08. do 25.08. 2023.godine. Iako je cena od 105€ po noćenju za studio malo viša u odnosu na kvalitet smeštaja treba uzeti u obzir da smo smeštaj rezervisali krajem juna i da je celokupna situacija sa poskupljenjima tome, takođe, dodatno doprinela. Sam smeštaj je kao sa slika, nameštaj je malo stariji i ima samo jedan ormar u sobi, ali ima i jedan sto sa tri stolice, i još jedan sto sa jednom stolicom koji je dobrodošao za odlaganje stvari ili u našem slučaju da ćerka može da crta i da se zanima (naravno kad nije na tabletu), pa je to bilo korisno. Terasa je velika i prostrana sa velikom sušilicom i stolom za tri osobe. Pogled sa terase je na dvorište kuće koje je dosta zeleno i ima raznog drveća i cveća. Ulaz je sa ulice na prvi sprat kuće. Kupatilo je isto starije (tuš zavesa i česme), ali je sve ispravno i radi. Samo jednog dana nije bilo tople vode na kratko i osećala se septička jama na kratko, ali i to je za Grčku normalno pogotovo ako svi dođu sa plaže u isto vreme i koriste kupatilo i wc. Vlasnica ljubazna i nenametljiva. Parking može da se rezerviše i doplati kao rezervacija (što nisam znao pre polaska) ali i ovako ga ima dovoljno tako da se kola parkiraju ispred ili prekoputa kuće. Lokacija je ok, blizu je centra, 3 minuta do šetališta uz obalu, a i sve pekare, prodavnice i super marketi su na 5 min hoda. Svakog dana smo išli na drugu plažu koje su sve na najviše pola sata vožnje, dok su neke i na 5 min od Nikitija. (lagonisi, mango, isla, Lagomandra, Vurvuru, Karidi..) Najdalji je Kalamitsi oko sat vremena prelepe vožnje po Sitoniji. Soba se čisti svakog dana (prebriše i izbaci đubre), a posteljina i peškiri se menjaju na tri dana. Zbog bujnog zelenila ima dosta komaraca i mrava i po koji gekon, pa ulazna vrata i prozore treba držati zatvorenim i sa mrežom kako uveče ne bi bilo problema. Na terasi uveče komarci razbijaju, ali nam ni jedan nije uleteo u sobu i smarao tokom noći. Kupili smo u Lidlu Raid I utakli ga struju i sve je bilo ok. Klima radi osrednje, ali radi i hladi solidno, i radi i kad se vrata otvore, tako da može da se ostavi da radi i dok ste na plaži, ali za to nije bilo potrebe čak ni kad su bili topli dani po 38c. Wifi uglavnom solidan, slično kao i topla voda, ako se svi istovremeno nakače hoće da štekće, ali uglavnom radi solidno za čitanje portala i društvene mreže. Od opreme za kuhinju tu su dve ringle, kafemat i mali toster koje nismo ni koristili i mali frižider koji je dovoljan za osnovno. Nama je smeštaj sem doručka i da se prespava služio kao baza za obilazak Sitonije, a Nikiti kao grad uveče za šetnju i restorane. Pozicija Nikitija je najbolja za obilazak Halkidikija, a magistrala zna da se zakrči od 7pm do 9pm u špicu sezone i pogotovo vikendom. Ima i drugih puteva za ulaz u Nikiti pa proverite na maps alternativne puteve koji mogu da izbegnu gužvu na magistrali. Sve u svemu prosečan smeštaj, čist sa solidnim krevetima u koji bismo se opet vratili.

Komforno i na dobroj lokaciji. Svakog dana se cisti i nije cak ni mnogo vruce jer je smestaj u hladu.
