Our description
Agapitos Apartments is located on the coast and promenade in the most popular part of Nikiti. Located a few steps from the beach, this accommodation offers neat and airy apartments, some of which have direct and some have side sea views.
The complex is located in the heart of Nikiti - one step away from all the happenings, taverns, cafes and supermarkets. It is separated from the city beach only by a street, and in front of the building there is an excellent restaurant.
The apartments can accommodate from three to five people, there are eight in total and they are arranged in two buildings - four apartments in a white building (located in front and offers newer and better equipped apartments) and four apartments in a yellow building (located behind and offers slightly older but well-maintained apartments).
The white building has two duplex apartments for rent on the ground floor (of which only one has been renovated), and two renovated duplex apartments on the second floor (blue and green).
These apartments have a direct sea view and consist of a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, a bathroom and two separate bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms of the duplex apartment there is a double bed and in the other one there are two single beds, while the apartments on the ground floor have an additional sofa bed in the living room - and can accommodate up to five people.
The kitchens of the duplex apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, the apartments on the first floor have a mini stove, while in one of the apartments on the ground floor (that is renovated) there is an induction cooktop without oven. The bathrooms of the renovated apartments have a glass shower cabin.
The yellow building has four standard apartments with side sea view for three or four people, two on the first and two on the second floor.
Three-bed apartments have one double or two single beds in the bedroom, as well as an extra single bed in the room with kitchen.
The four-bed apartments have one double and one single or three single beds in a separate bedroom, and one single bed in the kitchen room.
The kitchens are equipped with a fridge with freezing compartment and a mini stove, and the bathrooms have a shower tray.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning.
A baby cot is available on request, and pets are welcome by prior arrangement with the owners.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.
In front of the building there is an unfenced concrete area with some natural shade equipped with seating, and guests can use the barbecue.
Private parking is provided, as well as deck chairs and parasols that the owners of the accommodation provide.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn off the main road to the right near the church and drive until you get to the city beach. After that, turn right again and you will see the Arsanas restaurant located in front of the accommodation facility.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

We travel all over the Europe. For the last 8 y. we spend 2 weeks in Nikiti. To be exact in Agapitos Apt. I never thought about writing but this August I rely want to thank the nice people for have us (wife and twins 12y.). This place is rely different, clean, excellent location, free umbrellas and chairs, near everything that a family of four can desire. Rooms are cleaned every few days, new towels, kitchen furbished with all necessities. We highly recommend it. Just leave one apt. in August for us.
