Agapitos Apartments is located on the coast and promenade in the most popular part of Nikiti. Located a few steps from the beach, this accommodation offers neat and airy apartments, some of which have direct and some have side sea views.
The complex is located in the heart of Nikiti - one step away from all the happenings, taverns, cafes and supermarkets. It is separated from the city beach only by a street, and in front of the building there is an excellent restaurant.
The apartments can accommodate from four to six guests. There are a total of eight units, divided between two buildings – four apartments in the white building (located at the front, offering newer and better-equipped apartments) and four apartments in the yellow building (located at the back, offering slightly older but well-maintained apartments).
The white building features two duplex apartments on the ground floor (only one of which has been renovated) and two duplex apartments on the second floor (the Blue and Green apartments). These apartments offer direct sea views and consist of a living room with a dining area and kitchen, a bathroom, and two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The ground-floor apartments also feature a sofa bed in the living room, allowing them to accommodate up to six adults. The kitchens in the duplex apartments are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer. The second-floor apartments have a mini stove with an oven, while one of the renovated ground-floor apartments features a built-in hob without an oven. The renovated apartments have bathrooms with glass shower enclosures.
The yellow building offers four standard apartments with side sea views, accommodating up to four adults, with two apartments on the first floor and two on the second floor. These apartments feature a separate bedroom furnished with either one double bed and one single bed or three single beds, while the room with the kitchen includes one additional single bed.
The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer and a mini stove with an oven, while the bathrooms feature a bathtub with a shower. All accommodation units offer free WiFi, a TV, and air conditioning. A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are welcome with prior approval from the owners.
Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, while guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation units during their stay.
In front of the property, there is an unfenced paved area with some natural shade, furnished with outdoor seating, and guests also have access to a shared barbecue.
Private parking is provided, and the owners also offer sun loungers and parasols for guests to use.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right from the main road at the church and continue driving until you reach the town beach. Then turn right again, and you will arrive at the property (you will see Arsanas Restaurant located directly in front of the accommodation).

Everything, absolutely everything, was perfect during our stay at the Agapitos apartments. Mrs. Magdalena maintains the place in impeccable condition. Beautiful, clean, by the seaside, with a stunning sea view, etc.
