The stay was wonderful! Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, close to all necessary amenities, and the hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. We will definitely return and recommend this apartment to everyone!

Extremely kind people, attentive and pleasant... The Mazoneta next to us was the sister of the owner of our accommodation. They gladly helped us with everything we needed, prepared some octopus for us, and brought us to try an exquisite cheese... 💪

The accommodation was tidy, spacious, and sufficient for two families of four, with an excellent location. All praises!

A very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally functional accommodation with three separate bedrooms and a beautiful view. An outstanding location in a quiet part of Nikiti. Unlimited hot water for showering is a significant advantage, considering the number of guests staying in the accommodation, and the internet is excellent. The owner is pleasant and unobtrusive.

The villa is comfortable, and the owner’s sister, Penelope, who lives nearby, is exceptionally kind. The yard is small but beautifully arranged. There are three terraces, with the main one on the first floor being more than spacious. The beach is just a two-minute walk away; while it is not particularly special, it serves its purpose. Within a ten-minute walk, there are much nicer and better-maintained beaches. In the evening, it is quiet and peaceful, as the villa is isolated from noise and crowds. An advantage is that these villas are in a row, along with weekend houses or homes where Greeks live, reducing the fear of theft since there is always someone around. The house has a shower in front, a hose in the back, and a washing machine... There are plenty of parking spaces available. The downsides are that only one room in the attic has a well-functioning air conditioner, while the units in the ground floor and one other room are quite weak. One of the rooms lacks air conditioning and has only a fan, which can be problematic during hot weather. There is only one bathroom and one toilet; it would be preferable to have another shower cabin. Regarding hygiene, it could have been cleaned a bit better. However, compared to everything else, I can confidently say that this is one of the best accommodations we have experienced in Greece so far.

Everything was as you portrayed in the advertisement, except that one bedroom lacks air conditioning and it is too hot to sleep in. During our stay, the power went out twice. The landlady speaks no language other than Greek, making communication quite difficult. She lives in the house next door and constantly monitors us. She keeps many cats right next door, so those who are not fond of cats may not feel comfortable. There were also occasional issues with parking spaces, even though we had the right to one car in front of the villa. The kitchen was not particularly clean. There was no change of bed linen.

The accommodation is sufficiently comfortable for eight people or two families with two children; the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and very high-quality cooking utensils, which is a rarity. It includes a large refrigerator, an electric stove with an oven, a washing machine, a toaster, a mixer... Regarding the layout of the rooms and the decor, everything is as depicted in the photos. The yard in front of the house is beautifully landscaped and pleasant for sitting both in the morning and in the afternoon. The bathroom is upstairs, and the toilet is on the ground floor - everything is functional and in good working order. The location is excellent - close to the promenade, very near the beach, although that beach is not ideal and there are even hedgehogs in some areas. The neighborhood and that part of Nikiti are quite peaceful (end of June / beginning of July). We encountered a situation where both the refrigerator and the washing machine broke down during our stay, but they were replaced the very next day. As for hospitality, we met the owner of the accommodation upon arrival, and I can say she was warm and friendly. The relative who takes care of the guests' needs from the neighboring house did not leave the same impression, I must admit. All issues regarding appliance malfunctions were quickly resolved, but somehow communication was "difficult" due to her lack of language skills. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in this villa. First and foremost, it is exceptionally comfortable, featuring a beautiful courtyard both in front of and behind the villa. The rooms are furnished in a minimalist style, yet they contain all the necessary furniture and appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a stove with an oven, and all the essential cookware. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, which we did not use as the weather did not require it. The location is perfect. The villa is close to the sea and the beach, which, although not among the most beautiful on Sithonia, is certainly usable. What is advantageous is that Nikiti serves as an ideal location if you wish to visit the most beautiful beaches on both sides of Sithonia in just a 10-minute drive. If you want to take an evening stroll along the main promenade, it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The hygiene of the property was excellent upon our arrival, and we took care of it ourselves during our stay. Since the owners are not on the premises, they shared their phone numbers with us, allowing us to reach out whenever necessary. My family of four stayed at this property during September, and we believe this is the perfect time for a seaside vacation, both due to affordable rental prices and fewer crowds and heat. If I had to highlight one area for improvement that the owners should address to enhance their service, it would be the internet connection. This was not an issue for me, as I had an older phone that allowed me to connect to the internet, but the other members of my family were not so fortunate (maybe they were, as they took a break from their phones ;)). Finally, I would like to commend the staff in Nikiti, as they professionally executed their part of the job. Throughout our communication with them, everything functioned smoothly from start to finish, as they provided precise instructions and promptly responded to messages and inquiries.

The landlady was kind, and we checked into the accommodation ahead of schedule. Everything looks just like in the pictures. I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is just as described! Everything is beautiful, clean, and tidy! It is close to the beach, located in a peaceful area of Nikiti. The hosts are wonderful and available for anything you might need! There is parking for two vehicles in front of the accommodation! We are extremely satisfied!
