Vangelia maisonette is located in Nikiti, close to the promenade and the beach. The maisonette can accommodate up to eight persons, so it is ideal for a group of friends, for several couples or two families. For those who do not like crowds, this maisonette with a private yard and within a private settlement can be a great choice.
Maisonette is located about 150 meters from the gravelly-sandy part of beach in Nikiti, while the better, sandy part of the beach is after passing the port, toward the center. At about 600m distance there are promenade, taverns, markets, bakery and souvenir shops.
Although close to all amenities, the accommodation is located in a very quiet place, within a private settlement. The settlement consists of several maisonette complexes and most are not rented out but serve the Greeks who own them as cottages.
It consists of a living room with kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a standard stove with four hot plates and oven, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking. The living room also has a toilet (sink plus toilet), as well as two sofas where can sleep two children or two thinner adults. The living room has air conditioning and a TV. From the living room there is an exit and the front and back yard of the house.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, terrace overlooking the sea and a table with two chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds, a terrace overlooking the village and a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower tray and a washing machine.
On the third level, under the slope, there is a bedroom with a double bed narrower than the standard one and an air conditioning.
The maisonette (64m2) has two private courtyards, a front area of about 50m2 and a back area of about 20m2. In the front yard there is a table with chairs in the shade and it is usually a favorite place for everyone who book this apartment. The visitors usually eat here and enjoy sea view. The whole complex also has a common yard where children usually play because there are several toys.
The complex does not have a private parking, but the owners have an agreement that everyone should park their car in front of their maisonette, in that way one parking space is provided. If you have another car, you can park it along the street, because this part of Nikiti is not so busy, so there are free places.
Guests enter the clean apartment, and during their stay they take care of hygiene themselves. They get a set of clean bed linnen every five days, and they use their own towels due to the situation with the pandemic.
Vangelia Maisonette has a great location for evening walks, swimming on the city beach, enjoying restaurants and cafes that are a few minutes away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Vila je komforna, sestra od vlasnice Penelopa koja živi do vile, je više nego ljubazna. Dvorište je malo ali lepo uredjeno. Tri terase, jedna glavna na prvom spratu više nego komforne. Na dva minuta hoda ste na plaži ali ta plaža nije nešto posebna ali može da posluži. Samo 10 minuta hoda se nalaze mnogo lepše i uredjenuje plaže. Uveče je tiho i mirno, vila je izolovana od buke i gužve. Prednost je što su te vile u nizu, vikendice ili kuće u kojima Grci žive, pa je manja bojaznist od pljački jer je uvek neko tu. Kuća ima i tuš ispred, crevo iza, veš mašinu... Parking mesta na pretek. Mane su: Samo u jednoj sobi u potkrovlju klima dobro hladi, u prizemlju i u jednoj sobi veoma slabo. Jedna od soba nema klimu već ventilator i to ume da bude problematično po vrućinama. Postoji samo jedno kupatilo i jedno wc, bilo bi poželjno da postoji još jedna tuš kabina. I što se tiče higijene, moglo je to malo bolje biti očišćeno. Ali naspram svega ostalog, slobodno mogu reći da je jedan od najboljih smeštaja u kojima smo do sada bili u grčkoj.

Sve je bilo kao što ste nam prikazali u reklami, osim što jedna spavaća soba nema klimu i prevruće ja da se u njoj spava. U toku boravka, dva puta je nestajala struja. Gazdarica ne govori nijedan jezik osim grčkog, teško smo se sporazumevali, živi u kući pored i stalno kontroliše.Čuva mnogo mačaka odmah pored, pa ko ne voli mačke neće mu biti prijatno. Bilo je i povremeno nekih problema oko parking mesta iako smo imali pravo na jedan auto ispred vile..Kuhinju nismo zatekli previše čistu.Nije bilo promene posteljine.

Smeštaj je dovoljno komforan za osmoro ili dve porodice s dvoje dece; kuhinja opremljena kompletno svim aparatima i vrlo kvalitetnim priborom za pripremu hrane što se retko viđa; veliki frižider, električni šporet sa rernom, veš mašina, toster, mikser....Što se rasporeda prostorija tiče i uređenosti - sve je kao na slikama. Dvorište ispred kuće je lepo uređeno i prijatno za sedenje i prepodne i popodne. Kupatilo na spratu i wc u prizemlju - sve ispravno i funkcionalno. Lokacija je odlična- blizu šetališta, veoma blizu plaže iako ta plaža nije idealna, čak ima ježeva u nekim delovima. Samo naselje i taj deo Nikitija je prilično miran ( kraj juna/početak jula). Imali smo situaciju da su se i frižider i veš mašina pokvarili tokom boravka - ali su isti zamenjeni već sutradan. Što se ljubaznosti tiče, vlasnicu smeštaja smo upoznali odmah po dolasku i mogu reći da je bila srdačna i ljubazna. Rođaka koja brine o potrebama gostiju, iz susedne kuće - nije na nas ostavila isti utisak moram priznati. Jesu svi problemi oko kvarova aparata brzo rešeni ali nekako je komunikacija uz njeno nepoznavanje jezika bila "teška" 😑. Sve u svemu, bili smo zadovoljni smeštajem.
