Vangelia maisonette is located in Nikiti, close to the promenade and the beach. The maisonette can accommodate up to eight persons, so it is ideal for a group of friends, for several couples or two families. For those who do not like crowds, this maisonette with a private yard and within a private settlement can be a great choice.

Maisonette is located about 150 meters from the gravelly-sandy part of beach in Nikiti, while the better, sandy part of the beach is after passing the port, toward the center. At about 600m distance there are promenade, taverns, markets, bakery and souvenir shops.

Although close to all amenities, the accommodation is located in a very quiet place, within a private settlement. The settlement consists of several maisonette complexes and most are not rented out but serve the Greeks who own them as cottages.

It consists of a living room with kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a standard stove with four hot plates and oven, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking. The living room also has a toilet (sink plus toilet), as well as two sofas where can sleep two children or two thinner adults. The living room has air conditioning and a TV. From the living room there is an exit and the front and back yard of the house.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, terrace overlooking the sea and a table with two chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds, a terrace overlooking the village and a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower tray and a washing machine.

On the third level, under the slope, there is a bedroom with a double bed narrower than the standard one and an air conditioning.

The maisonette (64m2) has two private courtyards, a front area of about 50m2 and a back area of about 20m2. In the front yard there is a table with chairs in the shade and it is usually a favorite place for everyone who book this apartment. The visitors usually eat here and enjoy sea view. The whole complex also has a common yard where children usually play because there are several toys.

The complex does not have a private parking, but the owners have an agreement that everyone should park their car in front of their maisonette, in that way one parking space is provided. If you have another car, you can park it along the street, because this part of Nikiti is not so busy, so there are free places.

Guests enter the clean apartment, and during their stay they take care of hygiene themselves. They get a set of clean bed linnen every five days, and they use their own towels due to the situation with the pandemic.

Vangelia Maisonette has a great location for evening walks, swimming on the city beach, enjoying restaurants and cafes that are a few minutes away.
