Our description
In the area of Kastri - on the slope above the popular resort of Nikiti, which offers an open view of the Aegean blue that takes your breath away, there is the accommodation of Nasa`s Studios. The facility is modest but well maintained and tidy, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Only 150m away from the accommodation is the sandy beach Kastri (which is almost never crowded and which is reached by a concrete path only by foot), while the beach Saint George and the city beach in Nikiti and the promenade are 1-2km away. Large supermarkets along the main road - Lidl, Masoutis and Galaksias are about 3km away.
The accommodation facility has a total of four studios with a maximum capacity of 3-4 people.
On the first floor in front of the building there are two three-bed studios (23m2), with one double and one single bed. The porch in front of the entrance, as well as the balconies of these accommodation units are equipped with outdoor furniture, and have a beautiful sea view. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. Studios are under the renovation this season and they will become one big apartment, so they are not available for reservations.
On the ground floor at the back of the building (three steps below the level of the yard) there are two four-bed studios (25m2), with one double bed and two single beds. The porches in front of the entrance are equipped with sofas and separated by a wall. The bathroom has only tiles (no shower tub nor curtains).
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning, WiFi internet, as well as kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils and dishes, a mini stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
A hairdryer is available on request, as well as a baby cot (which can only be accommodated in the four-bed accommodation units on the ground floor).
Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning are done in the middle of the stay.
The yard is a real viewpoint, very spacious and fenced. There is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table, and toys are available for children. Covered parking is provided for all guests.
To get to this accommodation, turn off the main road at the Masoutis market in Nikiti, and continue straight along the coast all the way to the facility.
We recommend Nasa`s Studios to guests who are looking for decent and affordable accommodation, which is located within easy reach of the rich tourist offer of Nikiti and yet out of the place itself and the crowds.

Owners description
Nasa’s Studios is located in Nikiti (Castri area) and offers four accommodation units - two triple studios (23m2) on the first floor, with sea views and two four-bed studios (25m2) on the ground floor. Triple studios are equipped in the same way and have one double bed and one single bed while quadruple studios have one double bed and two single beds.
All accommodation units have a kitchen with a small oven, a bathroom, mosquito nets, a TV and air conditioning, and if you need a hairdryer, the owners can borrow. A cot is available, on request, and can only be accommodated in four-bed studios.
In the yard there is a barbecue which is available to all guests and private parking is provided for all guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
