The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, just above the Mall bakery. The house does not have its own parking, but we always found a spot nearby, about 100-200 meters away. At least that was the case in September; I am unsure how it is during the season, but this was not a problem for us. We stayed in an apartment that features a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with a dining table, two smaller bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace extending along the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests since there are beds in the living room. There were four of us - two adults and two children. During our stay, the linens and towels were changed once. Perhaps a minor complaint is that the trash is not taken out and cleaning is not done, but there is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment. It also includes a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, microwave... The internet is excellent, and you have all the utensils you might need. We rate it a 5 😊 and would gladly return to this accommodation.

The location is exceptionally good, the accommodation is well-equipped and has everything one might need. The agency is fantastic, very professional. What I wish to share is that a piece of clothing went missing from my suitcase (I noticed it after the second day). At first, I thought I hadn’t packed it, but now I am certain it has definitely disappeared. I asked the landlady, but she denied everything. I have never had such an experience in Greece before.

The house is situated in a location convenient for evening strolls; however, throughout the night, there is a lot of noise, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with children or light sleepers. The apartment is spacious but cluttered with unnecessary old furniture. The mattresses creak with every turn in every room. The landlady is not very accessible to guests, and we only received extra towels and bedding the next day (she does not leave enough in the apartment). We did not have blankets. The kitchen is not fully functional, and the freezer did not work. The bathroom has shower curtains, so expect to splash water everywhere. Finding parking in front of the house on the street is challenging... Overall, staying there for ten days is not unbearable, but I certainly won't repeat the experience. A nice gesture from the landlady was the honey we received upon our return.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, close to a tavern, shops, and restaurants. The beach is also nearby. The lodging is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace is large, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The hostess welcomed us with a gift of honey, which was a lovely gesture. The only downside is the lack of cleanliness; it’s not terrible, but if it were cleaned more thoroughly, the accommodation would truly be outstanding. We were satisfied with our stay.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. The beach is very close, just a 2-minute walk away. Surrounding the area are various souvenir shops, fast food outlets, pastry shops, mini markets, kiosks, and restaurants... Everything is within reach. It is better to drive to the larger supermarkets, but there is one that is relatively close, right at the traffic lights on the main road. The atmosphere is very lively, and when you sit on the terrace, it feels as if you are in one of the cafes, but with a more beautiful view. We stayed in a spacious apartment. It consists of two bedrooms with smaller double beds and a large living room with one bed and two pull-out couches, one of which is of normal length and the other shorter, suitable for a child. The kitchen is splendid, very well-equipped with a large refrigerator and freezer, as well as a big stove with an oven. The dishes are new, without scratched non-stick pans. The kitchen also includes a toaster, chopper, microwave, coffee mixer, electric kettle, and water boiler... everything you have at home. The bathroom does not have a shower cabin, just tiles, but the water drains well, so there are no floods. There is always water available. The downside is the internet, which is generally poor in Sithonia. We even bought a Vodafon card, but it didn't work either, so we returned it. The bed linens and towels are changed every 4 days. The accommodation also has a washing machine, which is another plus. There is one air conditioner that can cool the entire apartment, but it takes time. We requested two additional fans that were very helpful. The owner speaks little English, but her daughter speaks well. The owner is a nice woman, neither overly friendly nor overly reserved. We had a good relationship with her, and we even received two jars of honey as a gift. All in all, we are satisfied with the accommodation and had a lovely holiday in Nikiti.

The studio is equipped with everything necessary, and even more. For the first time, I had an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker in my accommodation, along with more than enough cutlery, plates, a vegetable peeler, scissors, sharp knives, and a mixer for coffee... I am thrilled. Everything is clean, the bed linens and towels are changed every 5-6 days, and there is always hot water for showering. The landlady is pleasant and hospitable; everything can be arranged nicely with her. She doesn't speak much English, but we managed to communicate perfectly about everything. We received their honey as a gift. I believe we will choose this accommodation again next year if we decide to vacation in the same place.

The only advantage is the location - the proximity to the promenade and the city beach. The landlady is rude, she doesn’t even speak English, making communication very difficult. She entered our apartment every day while we were away. She took our towels after 6-7 days but never returned any clean ones. All the furniture is old, merely repainted. The hygiene is poor. The bathroom is a disaster - there isn’t even a shower cabin, it’s filthy. There is no parking available. I give it a rating of 2 solely because of the location.

I am satisfied. The only issue I had was the requirement to vacate the accommodation by 9 AM. In most of the places I stayed, the check-out time was 11 AM.

The apartment is tidy, clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the necessary items, even more than that. The owner is kind; she welcomed us, showed us around, and saw us off. We had no problems at all. The distance from the apartment to the beach is exactly as stated, literally a minute from the sea and the promenade. Everything essential is nearby: a market, a bakery, various souvenir shops, and a center with games for children. Everything is just a minute away from the accommodation. We are extremely satisfied. Everything is just as described and as it should be.

The location is excellent, the accommodation is comfortable, but the only drawback is poor hygiene, especially in the bathrooms.

The bathroom was in poor condition; the water barely filled the tub, and the toilet tank hardly filled with water. The cabinet was broken, and the carpet was dirty... The only thing that was acceptable was the terrace, and the location was the only positive aspect.
