Hotel Description

Athina’s Apartments is located in the old part of Nikiti, far from the beach and noise, in a very quiet location. It offers its guests a peaceful and pleasant vacation.

The accommodation is about 2km from the sandy beach and the promenade in Nikiti.

The offer includes two three-bed apartments and one two-bed studio. On the ground floor there are apartments that have a sofa in the room with a kitchen and dining room, and a double bed in the bedroom. In one apartment, the bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, in the other one it is accessed from the living room. The two-bed studio is located on the first floor and has one double bed and one sofa, the kitchen is slightly separated, but not by a door.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped with a cooker, a toaster, a stove and a fridge. In the bathrooms, there is a shower area surrounded by glass. A hairdryer is also available to guests, and they can use the washing machine for a fee of 10 euros.

Changing of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation units, are done every four days. Pets are not allowed.

The disadvantage of this accommodation may be that the units do not have balconies, but each accommodation unit has its own table and chairs in the grassy yard. Two parking spaces are provided, and the vehicles can be parked in front of and near the accommodation.

If proximity to the beach and other contents is not important to you, but privacy is, and you want to spend a peaceful vacation, Athina’s Apartments can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Minimum stay in July and August is six nights.
