Our description

Theano Suites is a newly built accommodation in Nikiti. It offers luxurious accommodation units that can accommodate up to four people. It can be an excellent choice for those for whom quality, comfort, and hygiene are paramount.

The accommodation is located about 500m away from the sandy city beach and the well-maintained promenade, which easily leads to numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops, taverns, and children's facilities. A very well-equipped store of the well-known Masoutis chain and the Galaxias supermarket are located at a distance of about 550m, and a little further away is the Lidl supermarket.

There are a total of sixteen four-bed units. Four four-bed studios in the basement have one double bed and a sofa bed, five four-bed standard studios on the first floor have one double bed and a slightly smaller sofa bed, five four-bed comfort apartments on the second floor have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area, one four-bed studio with a veranda is also located on the second floor and has one double bed and a sofa bed, and one four-bed maisonette has a double bed and a jacuzzi on the lower level, while on the upper level where the kitchen is located there is a sofa bed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, a standard-sized refrigerator, a built-in stovetop with two burners, a coffee machine, and a toaster. In the bathrooms, the four-bed studios in the basement and one four-bed comfort apartment have a shower with a glass partition, while the others only have a shower and an unenclosed shower area. Hairdryers are available to guests, and there is also a laundry service.

The studios are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and daily cleaning of the accommodation is provided. Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners.

There is a shared barbecue in the fenced yard, as well as a seating set, and private parking is located across the street.

To reach the accommodation, after the Galaxias supermarket, turn right into the first street, drive for about 550m, then turn slightly right and immediately on the right side, you will see Theano accommodation.

Theano Luxury Suites in Nikiti is a newly built accommodation facility. The complex is located only five minutes walking distance from Nikiti beach and all the local shops, restaurants, and tourist places. Nikiti itself is around 100 km away from Thessaloniki.

We offer accommodation in luxury suites, apartments with one bedroom and living room, wonderful two-floor maisonette with a jacuzzi. All the hotel rooms have nice balconies, equipped kitchenettes and fridge (only for light meals) and of course modern bathrooms with shower.

Theano Luxury Suites is the perfect stay option for everyone who prefers privacy, quietness, and at the same time very easy access to all the tourist amusements offered by our beautiful Nikiti in Sithonia.

Comfort Suite:

Our luxury Comfort suites are situated on the second floor of the complex. They are the perfect choice for families. The room features a nice living room with double expandable sofa bed and kitchen corner as well as a separated bedroom with a double (king-size bed, with door between the rooms). The balcony has a nice city view and you can even see the sea from a far. The Comfort suites in Theano Luxury Suites fit up to four guests. Ideal we offer it for two adults and two kids up to 12 years old or for three adults.

In any case, the extra guests (above two in the bedroom) are accommodated at the double expandable sofa bed in the living area.

Jacuzzi Suite – Maisonette:

This unique apartment features 2 levels connected with internal stairs. The upper floor is the specially designed living room with an expandable sofa bed and kitchen corner and balcony. You have to take the stairs down in order to go to the semi Ground floor bedroom where together with the double bed you can find the jacuzzi. The bedroom also offers a small balcony with a garden view. The Jacuzzi Suite has one bathroom with a shower. Here we can welcome up to four guests.
In any case, the extra guests (above two in the bedroom) are accommodated at the double expandable sofa bed in the living area.

Standard Suite:

If you are looking for another comfortable accommodation option in Theano Luxury Suites, here are our great “open plan Suites”. The Standard suites are located on the first floor,as they offer a big balcony with a city /street view.
The unit features a seating area with a double expandable sofa bed, kitchen corner, double king size bed, and modern bathroom with shower. The Standard suites can accommodate up to four guests.
Ideal we offer it for two adults and two kids up to 12 years old or for three adults.
In any case, the extra guests (above two in the bedroom) are accommodated at the double expandable sofa bed in the living area.

Studio with veranda:

The charming Studio with Veranda in Theano Suites is around 23 sq. m, with a double bed and expandable sofa. It biggest advantage is that the guests can enjoy one huge veranda with a city and garden view, as the kitchenette and the dining area are also outside! The unit is situated on the second floor. We recommend it for couples or families with one small child, who can be accommodated at the sofa bed.
