The newly built accommodation Best Paradise Apartments is located in a quiet location in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 450m from the nearest beach and 500m from the town center.

The Zorbas bakery is 270m away and the Masoutis supermarket is 550m away.

As part of this accommodation, which was built in the middle of 2023, we offer studios and apartments that are located in the basement, upper ground floor or on the first floor and are designed to accommodate a maximum of four people. In the basement there are apartments with a double bed in the bedroom and access to the veranda, while in the kitchen there are two beds for one person. On the upper ground floor there are apartments with two bedrooms with a double bed and two beds for one person. Two-level studios, which are maisonettes in structure, are located on the first floor of the building and have a double bed in the sleeping area on the open gallery, as well as two single beds or two single sofas in the kitchen area on the lower level. Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy their time on the balcony or veranda with a view of the pool and yard. The maisonettes have two balconies each, and the upper balcony of some maisonettes offers a view of the sea.

Accommodation units are cleaned daily and bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

In these air-conditioned units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer (on request), a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, a microwave oven and a kettle. The bathrooms have a shower and bathtub with or without a curtain. There is an elevator in the building. Upon request and within the price, a cot can be provided in the maisonette, which is larger than the others. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

In the fenced and well-maintained yard, in addition to the seating, there is a pool for children and a pool for adults with deckchairs that guests can use for free. Two outdoor showers are also available. The pool is open from 11:00 to 13:00 and then from 17:00 to 20:00.

There is a private parking lot in front of the accommodation, the use of which is subject to an additional charge.

Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the AB Vasilopoulos supermarket and the Shell pump in Nikiti, turn right in 100m, then in 550m turn sharp left before the NIkiti Comfort hotel. The first turn on your right leads you to Best Paradise Apartments, which is located on the right side of the street.

Small bathrooms in the C and A apartments, a 'shaky' railing in the C apartments (on two levels). Linen is changed every ten days. The average rating is 5.

The staff is exceptionally courteous, the location is excellent, close to the beach, yet it remains a tranquil and non-busy street. We are very satisfied.
