Owners description
Best Paradise Apartments is located in a quiet location in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 350m from the nearest beach and 500m from the town center.
Within this accommodation, which was built in the middle of 2023, there are studios and apartments that are located in the basement, ground floor or on the first floor and are intended to accommodate a maximum of four people. In the basement there are apartments with a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area. On the ground floor there are apartments with two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. Studios on two levels, which are maisonettes according to their structure, are located on the first floor of the building and have a double bed on the open gallery, as well as two single beds or two single sofas in the kitchen area on the lower level.
On request and within the price, a baby cot can be provided in the maisonette, which is larger than the others.
In these air-conditioned units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, a microwave oven and a kettle. There is an elevator in the building.
Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy the balcony or veranda with a view of the swimming pool and the yard. Some maisonettes have a view of the sea from the gallery.
In the fenced and well-maintained yard, in addition to seating set, there is a children's pool and an adult pool with sunbeds that guests can use free of charge. Two outdoor showers are also available.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every third day.
In front of the accommodation, there is a private parking lot, with an extra charge.
Best Paradise Apartments is located 88km from Thessaloniki International Airport, while the neighboring resort of Metamorfosi is 8km away and Neos Marmaras is 21km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
