Owner description
Best Paradise Apartments is located in a peaceful location in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, 450m from the nearest beach and 500m from the town center.
Within this accommodation, which was built in the middle of 2023, there are studios and apartments located in the basement, high ground floor or on the first floor, designed to accommodate up to four people. In the basement, there are apartments with a bedroom containing a double bed, and in the kitchen area, two single beds. On the high ground floor, there are apartments with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two single beds. Studios on two levels, structured as maisonettes, are located on the first floor of the building and have a double bed in the sleeping area on the open gallery, as well as two single beds or two single sofas in the kitchen area on the lower level.
Upon request and for an additional fee, a baby cot can be provided in the larger maisonette.
These air-conditioned units offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hotplates, a microwave oven, and a kettle. There is a lift in the building.
Depending on the floor of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy a balcony or veranda with a view of the pool and the courtyard. Maisonettes have two balconies, and from the upper balcony of some maisonettes, there is a view of the sea.
In the fenced and well-maintained courtyard, besides seating sets, there is a children's pool and an adult pool with sun loungers that guests can use free of charge. There are also two outdoor showers available. The pool is open from 11 to 13 o'clock, and then from 17 to 20 o'clock.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
There is a private parking in front of the accommodation, with an additional charge for its use.
Best Paradise Apartments is located 88km from Thessaloniki International Airport, while the neighboring resort of Metamorfosi is 8km away, and Neos Marmaras is 21km away.

Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, Two-level, for period from 28.07.2024 to 01.08.2024, for stays of 4 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 120 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.

Od 17.7 do 24.7 dva odrasla i dva deteta od 8 i 10god. Dali ima soba na prvom ili drugom spratu da nismo u prizemlju.
