If you are in search of the perfect spot for your vacation, Marianna Villa may be the ideal choice. The house is spread over two levels and is located 250m away from the beach in the village of Nikiti. At the same distance, you will find numerous taverns, bars, and souvenir shops. The large Masutis supermarket is situated 650m from the accommodation, while Lidl is approximately 1.2km away.
This residence consists of four bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to seven people at most, it features a spacious, beautifully landscaped courtyard that offers a perfect blend of comfort and natural ambiance. Discover peace and privacy, while enjoying the greenery and comfort of the accommodation, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.
On the first level (ground floor), you will find a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. On the second level (first floor), there is an additional bathroom and three more bedrooms - two equipped with double beds and the third with a sofa bed.
Two out of the three double beds in the accommodation are slightly smaller in size than standard.
Guests have access to WiFi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, microwave, big fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.
The bathrooms feature a shower cabin.
Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
