Our description
Assano Seafront Luxury Suites is located opposite the beach in Nikiti and consists of 11 modernly equipped accommodation units. Internet signal is available everywhere and parking is provided.
The accommodation is located somewhere in the middle of a beautiful beach in Nikiti, about 1km from the strict center with all facilities, in an ideal location for a perfect vacation, because it is not in a busy and noisy place, although it is in the promenade area. Next to the accommodation there is a cafeteria and pizzeria Aura.
It consists of fully equipped rooms and apartments distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor. The entrance to the accommodation is located at the back of the building.
Accommodation units of the type Junior Suite (No.2, No.6, No.10) contain a double bed and are intended for the accommodation of a maximum of two people.
Accommodation units of the type Superior Suite(No.1, No.3, No.5, No.7) contain a double bed, while Superior Suite No.9 on the ground floor contains a double bed and a sofa for two people and is designed to accommodate two adults and two children.
The Deluxe Suite No.4 with a side view of the sea contains a double bed in the living room with a kitchen, while the bedroom has two single beds. Its maximum capacity is for four people.
The Deluxe Suite No. 8 accommodation unit with a side view of the sea contains a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people, so its maximum capacity is for three adults and one child.
The Deluxe Family Suite No. 11 accommodation unit on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child, since it contains a double bed and a sofa, while in the room separated by sliding doors there is a sofa for two people.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, WiFi Internet, a hairdryer, a standard refrigerator, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle, while in apartment No.4 there is also a built-in stovetop with two glass-ceramic hotplates. Within the accommodation there is a restaurant where a buffet breakfast is served.
The verandas and balconies of the accommodation units are private, with a direct or side view of the sea and seating furniture.
The accommodation does not have a yard, since it is right on the beach, but it has a private parking lot with enough parking space for all users.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Bed linen is changed after two nights, while towels are changed every day. Cleaning is on a daily basis.
You will find accommodation very easily: after the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight until you see the church on the right. Next to the church, turn right and drive straight all the way to the city beach, after which turn left into the street, and in 420m you will find yourself in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna su tri apartmana ili studia. 1). 2 odraslih i 1 dete (2 god) 2.) 2 odraslih i 1 dete (4 godine) 3.) 1 odrasli i 1 dete 13 godina( ovaj studio treba da je u prizemlju jer je dete u invalidskim kolicima)
