Our description
Accommodation Sonias House is located on the beach in Nikiti, and it offers air-conditioned, tastefully furnished, very clean studios and apartments. Wi-Fi is available everywhere and parking is provided.
House is located in the middle of the nice beach in Nikiti, at about 1km from the center, on an ideal location for a perfect holiday, as it's not on a busy and noisy place. Next to the accommodation is the cafeteria and pizzeria Aura.
In the offer are eight completely equipped studios for two persons (2 Bed Studio BB) and four apartments for four adults and one child (4 Bed Apartment (4+1) BB). Units are located on the ground floor and on the upper floors. The entrance to the accommodation is from the back.
All studios have single beds and they can be double or triple. In most cases, an extra bed can be added, if necessary and with extra charge.
Apartments have the following combination of the beds - one double bed or two single beds in a bedroom and two single beds in the living room with a kitchen.
Kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), stove, necessary cutlery, and bathrooms have shower tray with curtain.
All units have air condition, TV with satellite programs, internet access, and balconies are private, with a sea view, sitting set and laundry dryers. In all bathrooms, there is a hairdryer. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three nights, but in case of short-stay (five to seven days e.g.) the replacement is performed only once. Cleaning is done every day.
The house doesn't have a courtyard, because it is on the beach, but it provides a private parking with enough parking places for all the guests.
You will easily reach accommodation: after the traffic light at the entrance to Nikiti, continue straight until you see the church on the right side. Turn right next to the church and continue straight until you reach the city beach, then turn left and after 420m you will be in front of the accommodation.

In the middle of the beautiful 3km beach of Nikiti, there are eight fully-equipped studios and three apartments. At 20m distance, there is an organized beach and on the ground floor, there is a café and a pizzeria. The distance from the village center is 1km and this makes the location ideal for relaxation and tranquillity. Nikiti has the most marvellous beaches in the municipality of Sithonia and combines, in absolute harmony, the green mountains with the turquoise-blue water of Toroneos Gulf. The hospitality in Sonias House and the beauty of nature will make your holidays unforgettable.
Location: The rooms are situated in one of the best areas of Halkidiki in the beach of Nikiti. In our village, the combination of the mountains with the sea will impress you. We are located 90km south of Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan, Molio bih vas ponudu za odmor u vašem smeštaju sa pogledom na more i doručkom. Mi smo porodica dvoje odraslih i dete od 15 godina. Datum dolaska nije fiksan i odnosi sa na 01-25.07 a trajanje našeg odmora je 10 dana. Interesuje nas smeštaj na prvom ili drugom spratu sa pogledom na more. Ne Bih želeli prizemlje. Vidim da u ponudi imate 2+1 studio sa doručkom po ceni od 1380€. Interesuje me da li je taj smeštaj na spratu i da li ima pogled na more. Molio bih i potvrdu da imamo obezbeđeno parking mesto jer upravo od takvih aktivnosti nam je i potreban odmor. Pozdrav Željko Srbija
