Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Stasi Apartment in the village of Nikiti on Halkidiki, located on Nikiti beach, offers accommodation for up to 7 guests and is situated on the first floor. It includes a living room with a sofa bed (additional bed available upon request), one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is furnished with linens, towels, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Cleaning is included upon arrival, and there is a possibility of barbecue for an additional fee. Parking is available on the street in front of the complex. The beach is 450 m away, the village center is 400 m away, the supermarket is 550 m away, and the tavern/restaurant is 600 m away.
